The only downside is the price... It's too expensive considering the quantity. But the effects are so good that I can't give it up.

I happened to need a patch and bought one on sale at Olive Young. I use this product on the areas that still seem a bit swollen even after squeezing the pimples. I apply it before bed and when I wake up, the patch has absorbed the exudate and is just about ready to fall off.

The price is a bit high, so it can be burdensome, but using this product, I'm no longer satisfied with other patches.

1. Components
The first part is a refreshing pad that cleanses the skin before applying the patches, effectively removing excess oil and creating the ideal conditions for the patches to adhere well.
The second part is the microneedle patches, which are more effective than regular patches, in my experience.
(Those unfamiliar with needle patches will have a whole new experience...)

2. Adhesiveness
Using the first part helps, but even without it, the adhesiveness is good. Since needle patches are mainly used at night (they are more noticeable than regular patches), adhesiveness isn't that crucial. But they still stay on well and don't get sticky when mixed with oil.

3. Naturalness
I've tried all kinds of needle patches, and they all look very noticeable. I know it's unavoidable, but among needle patches, the Acropass ones are the most natural-looking. The material itself has a premium feel, and you can really feel the value in the price.

4. Effectiveness
I usually leave the patches on for about 8 hours while sleeping. On acne scars and red marks, I can see the color fading by about 10% the next day. This is the first time I've seen such immediate results from a patch, and it's truly impressive.

It seems like you need to use it consistently to see results. I'm a bit concerned about the price, so I'm not sure if I'll continue purchasing it (Noscarna or Barza).

I bought it because I could use it 6 times and hoped it would lighten my skin pigmentation. I applied it before bed and used it in the same area for about two days, but I didn't notice any significant effects.
The bumps on it make it a bit stinging when applying. But the divided top and bottom makes it easy to peel off.

The price is just not worth it. You wouldn't apply the patch with dirty hands when treating blemishes... And we all know there are needles, so we wouldn't be tossing it around or handling it with our hands...They could have packaged it more efficiently to lower the price....The instruction booklet says consistent use 2-3 times a week for 2-4 weeks is needed to get over 80% satisfaction, but the price makes consistent use difficult for anyone not regularly visiting a dermatologist for their skin troubles.

It is effective. While not dramatic, it does slightly fade scars, and after just one use (without even applying the patch), it helps scars fade faster. Applying the patch overnight on red acne scars makes them a bit lighter the next day. Scars that have been patched once change from a reddish tone to a slightly duller color, and become even more noticeably lighter within 1-2 days.
It stings a bit more than needle patches. I suppose that's because it's being applied directly to the skin that has already settled. But it's still tolerable. Once the needles have fully dissolved, there's no pain even when pressing on it.
