It's incredibly effective at calming redness. Plus, it's gentle on the skin. When your face feels like it's on fire, applying this makes the heat dissipate instantly. It's truly remarkable. The texture makes it difficult to apply. And it's quite drying... My skin type is between very dry and dry, and when I used this as my only moisturizer in winter, I developed patches of irritation on my face. Try mixing it with a richer cream. I highly recommend this for those with compromised skin barriers or irritated skin! When my skin barrier was weakened and I was dealing with a lot of blemishes, I started using this. This cream... it's really improved my skin... I'm so happy! The texture is quite rich, and it absorbs... well, just okay I guess. It leaves a white cast when applied, but you can sleep with it on without any issues. If you're applying ointments over it, make sure to use a thin layer to avoid mixing. It worked well for my combination skin. I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin though... it's a bit on the richer side. The downside is that it leaves a slightly greasy feeling after application... that's a bit disappointing! As a Hwahae Tester, I'd say this cream works hard for your skin. It's great for evening out your complexion and providing that coveted Inner Glow. However, if you're prone to blemishes or have super sensitive skin, you might want to patch test first. It had great regenerative properties and helped my skin recover well when it became sensitive. It feels heavy on the skin. After application, there's a slight white cast. Also, on cold days, the product separates. I'm not sure how to explain it precisely, but there was a phenomenon where the moisture and cream components within the cosmetic product would separate. The product seems to have both positive and negative aspects.
