Well, it is dry... But the product name is 'Power Matte', so what did you expect?

It's matte just as the name suggests. The color payoff is good. But there is a bit of emphasis on dry patches.

I don't particularly think the longevity is good. It wipes off easily even when I drink water, but the color is pretty.

The product I received as a gift has a color that is just like the color that appears when my lips slightly crack and bleed. It gives a healthy glow.

Rather than mixing it with other products, I'd recommend thoroughly exfoliating your lips first. Then, apply the color by gently tapping it on, starting from the inner lips and working your way out. Use a lip liner or a cotton swab to softly diffuse the edges for a more seamless look.

Longevity: While the lipstick itself doesn't have the best longevity, I thought this powdery matte formula would last longer. But no, the color wears off the inner part of my lips, leaving it only on the outer edges. It does transfer less than other lipsticks, but the longevity is still not great.
Emphasis on Flakes: True to its powdery matte name, it really accentuates any lip flakes. This formula would probably work better in the winter than summer, so make sure to exfoliate your lips well before applying in the colder months.
Packaging: The matte black packaging looks sleek and nice on its own, but for the 20,000 won price tag, the case feels a bit cheap. Also, if you have multiple shades, it would be hard to distinguish between them.

Pigmentation: The pigmentation is really good. Even with just one application, the color is incredibly intense, to the point of being startling.
Spreadability: Although it's a powdery matte formula, it doesn't apply too thickly or stiffly. It goes on just like a regular matte lipstick.
Color: This product's color is the best part for me. It's even prettier than I had imagined. True to its name, it's the quintessential red-brick shade. It's a shame that my thin lips can't fully showcase this beautiful color. I think it would look gorgeous on people with fuller lips.

If you use a velvet-textured nude lip product (recommended - I'm Meme Lip Cashmere Smoky Amber) together, you can apply it beautifully even on lips with a lot of wrinkles.

But since I have a lot of lip wrinkles, there was some accentuation of the wrinkles. You'll get a prettier lip look if you properly prep and apply it the day before.

The color was really beautiful, and the matte formula had great glide-on application!

In the winter, it's a good idea to apply some Vaseline first, then put on the lipstick. And if you want even better staying power, try adding a long-lasting tint on top - that way you'll get both great color and lasting power.
