  Pros

  Back when water tints were all the rage, this one was great - just like the Tony Moly tint, it's a true water tint with excellent color payoff.

  Cons

  I later found out it was one of the causes of my cheilitis... Those with sensitive skin should be cautious.

  Tip

  As for application tips, it can be tricky to control the amount with the applicator, so using a cotton swab is easier and gives a nice gradient effect!
