Pros
My hair has been shedding a lot, and I've been getting dandruff and pimples, etc. To be honest, the Hwahae Trial Reviewer ratings were quite poor, so I was hesitant to buy it. But since I'm in a position where I need to grow my hair out, I just went ahead and bought it. However, I realized that it really depends on the individual - it worked extremely well for me. Compared to my previous shampoo, I had much less itchiness, which was great. And even though my hair was shedding a lot, I checked the amount of hair loss frequently, and it was just the normal amount I usually shed. The hair growth isn't dramatic, but I do feel like it's growing a bit faster. Overall, it's a pretty good shampoo!
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't have much of a scent, and it's essential to use a conditioner with it.

1. The scalp pimples and itching have decreased significantly. It's not 100%, but around 90 percent...? 2. My hair texture has improved, and my hair has become calmer. Lately, due to COVID-19, I couldn't get a perm, and my hair was frizzy around the scalp, but after using this shampoo, the frizz has straightened out... It's so amazing...

1. It's expensive.. very expensive.. I bought a brand new product at a secondhand market for a cheaper price, but I don't think I'd buy it at the full retail price.

I found some undesirable ingredients in this app. When I bought it from Olive Young, I just looked at the big text that said 'no silicone' and hastily bought it. I should have gotten the Aromatica one instead.

I found out about it on YouTube and bought the good factory shampoo to escape the poor life. The reviews were really bad, so I hesitated for a month, but I hated the poor life so much that I bought it anyway. As soon as I used it, I was worried that my hair might fall out or itch, but it didn't. I have an oily scalp and itchy hair, but this shampoo lathers up nicely and feels refreshing when washing my hair. The itchiness and dandruff have definitely gone away, and even though I have a really oily scalp, it now lasts about two days before getting oily again!! I'm so happy... The refreshing scent when I get out of the shower is also something I look forward to every day ㅋㅋㅋ And since it's a fast-acting shampoo, my hair feels a bit stiff when dried, but it doesn't feel damaged, just the right amount of stiffness to cover my oily, greasy hair.. I think people with dry scalp might have more dandruff if they use this shampoo ㅠㅠ I recommend this for oily scalp.
