Seems great for back and chest blemishes!
ConsThe scent lingers in the bathroom but not on my body - how disappointing! And the price for a body wash is quite steep... I enjoyed using the sample I received, but that's about it. I'm not sure it's worth paying full price for.

Due to childhood atopic dermatitis, my body skin is generally very dry. As I entered my late 20s, I also developed back and chest acne. During a long trip to Europe, I brought my usual body wash from home, but whether due to the different water or constant outdoor activities, my back and chest acne flared up more than usual in Korea. Mixing in some tea tree oil helped a bit. After finishing that body wash, I went to Lush, which is relatively common in Europe, seeking a body wash with good cleansing effectiveness without needing to mix in tea tree oil. While Lush didn't have a tea tree line body wash, the staff recommended Dirty Springwash based on my needs. The advantages are its powerful cleansing that almost strips away oil to the point of drying the skin, and rich lather even with a small amount (when using a mesh sponge). This product doesn't immediately eliminate back and chest acne or remove scars, but it prevented my blemishes from spreading and provided the level of oil removal I wanted when washing, so I used it satisfactorily throughout my trip.
ConsThe scent: While not unpleasant, it's so strong that I wondered if such intensity was necessary. Sure enough, fragrance takes up a high proportion of the ingredients list. Concerning ingredients: While I didn't have an allergic reaction, it contains ingredients that may cause reactions in some people, requiring patch testing. The cleansing agents are so strong that daily use could damage the skin barrier. Perhaps due to its powerful cleansing, my skin felt slightly tight after drying off in Europe. Continuing to use it after returning to Korea made my skin feel extremely tight. I'm using it up since I bought it, but I won't repurchase. However, I might buy it again if I go on another long trip.
TipYou don't need to use much. The lather is so rich and creamy that you should start with a small amount and find the right quantity for you. For those stressed about excessive body acne, I recommend using it occasionally or only on acne-prone areas rather than daily all over. It made my naturally dry areas feel very tight.

After longing for it, I finally bought a large size during my trip to Japan! I had only used soap from Lush for body products before, but this shower gel is definitely more moisturizing and better than soap. Plus, the scent has a refreshing quality that makes you feel even more invigorated. After using it consistently for a month, both my chest and back acne have significantly improved. Given how effective it's been, I don't think I'll be able to part with Dirty anytime soon! Of course, it hasn't cleared up 100%, but all the redness has disappeared, so at a glance, the chest acne is barely noticeable. There are still some small bumps left that you can feel or see up close, but it's improved enough that I'm no longer afraid to wear low-cut or off-shoulder tops!
ConsThe price is really... Actually, it was so expensive in Korea that I couldn't buy it, and it's still pricey in Japan. Of course, compared to Korean prices, it's a steal. If you're traveling and have some extra cash, go ahead and stock up!

It's especially useful in summer when I sweat a lot. I love how it lathers well and leaves a long-lasting pleasant scent.
ConsThe main drawback is its high price point. Also, it can be a bit drying after use, so I'm hesitant to use it in winter when my skin is already prone to dryness.

The scent is incredibly refreshing, like dipping into a cool lake. I had severe back acne, but now only faint marks remain - it's almost completely gone. They say it's safe to use on your hair too, so I occasionally do. It's really great!
ConsThere's nothing bad to say except for the price. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth every penny.
TipI mix this with Lush's Dirty and Happy Hippy shower gels - it's like a shower cocktail! I think you'd enjoy mixing this with other shower gels too if you decide to buy it.

I used to be a pimple expert with breakouts all over my face, back, and arms. But with this, it's game over! After about two weeks of use, even the big blemishes seem to disappear. Now I'm left with just a few marks.
ConsIt's expensive... really expensive... I can only buy it with excitement when I'm traveling to Japan or the UK.
TipIt doesn't seem to suit my face. I'd advise against using it, just in case.

It's pricey, but whenever I try something else, my blemishes come right back. I've been using this for years now. There's no particular irritation, and it's great for people with oily skin.
ConsIt's expensive, and the cap always, without fail, either breaks or becomes too tight to open.
TipInstead of opening and closing the cap every time, it's better to just leave it open and use it in a way that prevents water from getting in.
