  Pros

  The application is smooth and it glides on nicely. I was particularly careful around my acne-prone areas, and I'm happy to report that it didn't seem to trigger any blemishes or irritation at all.

  Cons

  The absorption... Personally, after applying it, I felt like it wasn't really sinking into my skin. Instead, it seemed to just sit on top of my skin.

  Tip

  Even with gentle products, I noticed I was more prone to blemishes in summer if I used the same amount as in winter. So I adjusted the quantity seasonally. In summer, I used less. During seasonal changes, I'd sometimes add an extra squeeze on particularly dry days.

  Pros

  As someone with combination dry skin, I find this moisturizer great for hydration and it doesn't cause any blemishes! While I'm not particularly sensitive and can use most emulsions without issues, I still really like this one. It absorbs well and has a slightly runny texture. I've been using it diligently and I'm very satisfied!

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for extremely dry skin types. The hydration isn't that intense, so for those with severe dryness, it's a definite NO!

  Honestly, this is the best. Please use it! I have super sensitive skin, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been using this for 2 years, emptying 6-7 bottles. I never expected dramatic results from an emulsion in the first place. An emulsion is simply for moisturizing and hydrating... There's really nothing better than this. Just by providing hydration without causing blemishes, it's already doing its job perfectly. If you truly have sensitive skin? Use this without a doubt. I'm someone who even experienced tingling with the Dokdo Emulsion. This one is the absolute best!

  There are no downsides. It's a bit pricey? But it's worth it~ It's all good!

  A gentle and comfortable emulsion that's easy to use! I have somewhat sensitive skin, but my skin condition has been good lately. While it's hard to say for certain, I didn't experience any blemishes at all! The formula absorbs quickly into the skin. I'll update this review later with more details~

  As someone with dry skin, I don't think the hydration lasts very long. It might be perfect for those with oily skin though.

  Since I have dry skin, I layer on lots of essences and oils after applying this emulsion

  This product has a nice consistency and provided great hydration. As someone with dry skin, I didn't experience any dryness. It also helped reduce blemishes.

  It felt like it sat on top of the skin rather than deeply moisturizing and addressing deep dryness.

  Tip

  I'd recommend this for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types, but not for those with oily skin. When using this emulsion, it's best to pair it with a toner that absorbs well.

  Pros

  (I have combination, acne-prone, sensitive skin.) I won this product a few months ago as part of The Hwahae Testers program. After using it, my skin felt hydrated and I didn't experience any blemishes at all. There was no tingling sensation, and I used it comfortably for several months without any issues.

  Cons

  The only slight disappointment was that while it felt very hydrating, I still experienced some deep dryness in my forehead area.
