Pros
At first, I thought it would be irritating, but my skin texture has definitely improved!! It seems like a product that will show effects if used consistently. It's also cheap, so I'll buy it again.
Cons

I bought this product just by looking at the ingredients. This product's identity as a high-content niacinamide + non-vitamin C derivative means that with consistent use, you can definitely see improvements in skin tone. The packaging of this brand is a bit shoddy, but this product has a thin consistency, so there wasn't much inconvenience in using it. You can just dispense a few drops onto your hand and use it like a toner.
Cons
On sensitive days, there can be skin irritation. Especially if you've had dermatological treatments like extractions, using this on wounded skin can be stinging and painful. Use it only on healthy skin.

Pros
There is no other product with as much panthenol at this affordable price. And the formulation seems to be great, as my skin feels very plump and firm.
Cons
The pH is extremely extreme, and it stings terribly. As time goes on, the product seems to deteriorate(?) and it just gets worse and worse. I don't think this would be suitable for sensitive skin.
Tip
If the benefits outweigh the downside of needing to be extra cautious in sunlight, this could be a good option for those it suits.

You can increase your expectations and experience the placebo effect. I didn't know about niacinamide before, but after acquiring the knowledge, I feel great. Just like me, until you realize it doesn't suit your skin..!
Cons
It seems my skin type doesn't agree with it.. It's been four days since I started using it, and the area around my eyes and cheekbones has become reddish, stinging, and a bit swollen. First of all, my skin condition is dry and sensitive, and I used it every morning and evening for 2 weeks. Pros
"It is to review by being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer." My skin is extremely oily. After washing my face, it feels a bit tight, and even just applying an oil-control toner (cleansing toner) and lotion (in my personal opinion, it seems my skin can't absorb it well), oil starts to appear on my face within 1-2 minutes. But just using the cleansing toner alone feels a bit tight, so I've been applying just a tiny bit of lotion as well. So, I can't even dream of using whitening ampoule creams or the like. I was spitting out the lotion and the oil was still coming up, when I came across the Hwahae Trial Reviewer event and saw an ampoule with whitening benefits. Seeing the reviews saying it's refreshing, I thought "nothing ventured, nothing gained" and applied, and was selected to try it out. Compared to the other brand's ampoules I have at home, this one is on the thinner side. So, the first impression was good. As shown in the attached photo, when I applied it, the finish felt very refreshing (not heavy), which I liked even more (the quality got worse while trying to zoom in). The instructions say to apply the ampoule and then the lotion, so I tried it one week with the ampoule and one week without. For my extremely oily skin, just applying the ampoule alone was fine, and it was better than just using the lotion. So far, I've been applying just the cleansing toner and the ampoule. Also, I used it only in the evenings at first, but wanting to see the whitening effects, I've been diligently using it morning and night. I saw a slight whitening effect, going from shade 23 to 22.7-8.
Cons
I saw the whitening effect, but by evening, it had reverted back to #23. The whitening function felt like a regular whitening cream sold in stores. And as you'd expect, even though it's lightweight, for oily skin, using it in the summer mornings and then applying makeup on top is... Also, while it's called a gentle product, after first applying it, I got a lot of small pimples on my forehead and chin. I think this was exacerbated by my menstrual cycle (the pimples on my forehead have since gone away).
Tip
On the days when I exfoliate, I always use a soothing gel pack (?) and then wipe it all off with a cleansing tissue. After that, I press an ampoule firmly into my skin to help it absorb. When I wake up in the morning and wash my face, my makeup for the day applies really well ㅜㅜ (It's a case-by-case thing, so be careful).
