I loved that it comes in a ball form, allowing for targeted application on specific areas! Unfortunately, when I received it, the expiration date was quite close, so I had to discard it not long after... Keep in mind that its ball format is designed for spot treatment, which is great for targeting different areas of the face - oily spots, dry patches, or avoiding blemishes. I love that I can target blemishes precisely without irritation. When I had small bumps across my forehead, I found that dabbing it on repeatedly really made a difference. For inflamed spots, gently pressing it on feels soothing, reducing both heat and redness. The applicator was a bit flimsy and bent easily, so I had to use a different one. I bought this because I've been getting blemishes lately. While I'll need to use it more to know for sure, I'm satisfied so far without any discomfort. I was worried it might sting, but personally, it felt refreshing. I'm looking forward to seeing the results! So far, I don't have any particular complaints. Recently, I've developed a sudden sun allergy (and occasionally get dermatitis). If I receive treatments like lasers, peels, or exfoliation at the dermatologist, my skin tends to react negatively, so I need to be extra careful with post-treatment care and regeneration. I'm also prone to developing small bumps and blemishes. While my T-zone and U-zone are oily, overall I have combination skin that's very sensitive. Ingredients that work well for me: Hyaluronic acid, propolis, centella asiatica extract, aloe, panthenol, allantoin, ceramides, niacinamide, chamomile, calendula, and zinc. Ingredients that don't agree with my skin: Oil-based products (like orange oil, sage oil, rose oil, etc.) quickly cause redness, itching, and blemishes when applied. My blemishes have improved a lot. While it's a bit inconvenient to remove, the results are worth it. I plan to repurchase when I run out. None. The toner balls are adorably soaked in essence, making them great for calming the skin! I just apply it directly with my hands. It's a bit tricky to grab with tweezers! I bought this for my husband who's prone to blemishes, hoping to help manage his skin, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness The applicator is inconvenient to use, so I keep ending up applying it with my fingers instead

I bought it because the sale price was so cheap, thinking I could use it on my body if it didn't suit my face. But as soon as I opened the product... what is this? I'll spare you the long explanation. It's a new product, but the opening part of the cover is dirty. It feels unsanitary to use, but I'm not returning it because the shipping cost isn't worth it. Please don't order this. For reference, I opened the product as soon as it arrived.
