As someone with oily skin, I'm impressed. It brightens my complexion well and I like it. Even after some time, I didn't notice excessive shine. Hmm, apart from getting a bit greasy after wearing it for a long time, I didn't really have any issues with it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinDec 4, 2019
This is really great! Even though I have dry skin, it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched, and there's no excess oiliness. If you apply just the right amount, it evens out your skin tone perfectly. The staying power... it's completely non-existent. The longevity is truly disappointing. The brightening effect seems to disappear entirely in less than two hours. It's a brightening moisturizer with SPF that's suitable for use all year round. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 31, 2019
It seems to brighten the complexion and provide strong protection against UV rays While it absorbs well, it's a bit disappointing that it leaves a white cast - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 19, 2019
It keeps your skin matte and bright for hours without any oiliness You need to apply it on well-moisturized skin to prevent it from looking cakey Make sure to control the amount and pat it gently while spreading for a smooth skin finish - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2019
•Brightening effect As I only use brightening sunscreen for my skin makeup, I love products that provide a noticeable brightening effect! I couldn't find one I really liked, so I randomly picked this at Olive Young, and it's absolutely amazing! The brightening effect is truly outstanding. I have a light neutral skin tone, and this gives my face a beautiful peach-like glow^^ •Other benefits The price of just over 20,000 won for 50ml seems reasonable. You can get it even cheaper during sales or on Coupang! It's versatile - you can achieve both a matte or dewy finish. I only applied this during a sports day, and the brightening effect seemed to last. I just touched up with powder occasionally, and it didn't break down! Even after coming home and relaxing, it still looked decent... I'd say it lasts about 8 hours!!! Hmm... if I really had to nitpick, it's slightly challenging to apply with fingers? It's not impossible, but the texture is thicker than a typical cream, which might be why. That's honestly the only drawback I can think of!!! Apply it to the center of your face where you receive the most sun exposure, then blend with a cushion puff or sponge! If you dampen the applicator before use, it keeps your skin hydrated all day long! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 12, 2019
I was on the hunt for a 'brightening moisturizer with good ingredients' and ended up purchasing Charmzone. Initially, I was extremely satisfied with it! The biggest advantage is that it definitely evens skin tone! Even when I'm just running errands in the neighborhood, my complexion looks radiant with just this sunscreen on. I also used it as a base for makeup since it helps balance out my skin tone! I have super sensitive skin, so finding a good sunscreen is quite challenging. My skin is sensitive to pore-clogging ingredients and oils, and I'm also sensitive to organic UV filters (ethylhexyl). I'm almost finished with the bottle, and it doesn't seem to cause any blemishes. It absorbs well without being sticky. It was fine in winter, but as the seasons changed, my skin became dry. It applies smoothly, but the finish feels a bit powdery. The fact that it's not sticky is both a pro and a con. It means it's not as hydrating as it could be. I have a yellow undertone, so this product worked well for me. However, when someone with a grayish complexion tried it, it made them look pale. They commented that it leaned more towards gray than pink. I have about a 17 shade skin tone, and the brightening effect suited me well as a base. But someone with around a 22 shade found it too light because of how well it brightens the skin. As I'm finishing up the bottle, I'm unsure about repurchasing. I think I'll be on the hunt again for an even pinker brightening moisturizer that's more hydrating. And of course, it needs to have good ingredients... Finding the perfect sunscreen is really challenging.. During seasonal changes, mixing in a drop or two of facial oil improves the application and makes it less drying! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 29, 2019
Even with just a small amount, it definitely brightens your complexion! When you want light makeup, it's great to go out wearing only this as both a brightening moisturizer and sunscreen. It's difficult to apply with your hands! I wish it was a bit more hydrating. Also, I consistently got one or two small blemishes after using this product. After some time, my skin felt slightly itchy and congested. Those with super sensitive skin should take note. Apply a hydrating cream before using this for an easy and natural brightening effect with just a small amount! Not recommended for those with super sensitive skin! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 16, 2019
It leaves my skin feeling soft and matte, effectively controlling excess oil. It also seems to provide a nice brightening effect. I have combination but dry skin, so when I apply makeup over this, it doesn't adhere well. I need to use a hydrating moisturizer underneath. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2019
It evens out the skin tone nicely and leaves a matte finish, preventing any oiliness from coming through The staying power is quite low, and it might be a bit too matte for dry skin types, potentially emphasizing dead skin cells. It's also somewhat challenging to apply evenly with fingers - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 17, 2019
It seems to brighten the complexion well and suits oily skin types nicely! For dry skin, it might feel a bit parching... I think.
