  It's rich and has a thick consistency. Seems perfect for winter use.

  I really liked how refreshing the texture felt when applying it.

  I should have checked Hwahae before buying. It doesn't seem to suit oily skin - within just two days, I got a big blemish each on my chin, forehead, and philtrum. It's also way too rich for me.

  The texture is delightfully bouncy, making application a pleasure. When it comes to absorption, it seems to create a sort of oily film after you pat it in? But if you gently tap it, it absorbs into the skin with a nice, elastic feel. In terms of hydration, it seems like it would be a great match for those with dry skin.

  Cons

  For oily skin, the oil content is excessive... I bought it right away when a YouTuber said it was the best for combating deep dryness, but it actually seemed to make my skin feel even drier? I'm not sure if hyaluronic acid doesn't agree with me, as I had to stop using Torriden's hyaluronic acid ampoule due to severe burning sensations. This product also causes intense burning, and lately, I've been getting small bumps, so I had to discontinue use. My deep dryness is getting worse, and dead skin cells are appearing everywhere. Maybe it was too rich... When I apply it at night, my skin is super shiny in the morning. The scent seems to be quite divisive, but I personally enjoy strong fragrances in skincare, so it was fine for me.

  Tip

  When applied on its own, the burning sensation was too intense, so I tried applying it after toner, emulsion, and serum, which reduced the burning. However, I won't be using it anymore... It's too expensive and not worth the price.

  For those with dry skin that needs more oil than hydration, this might feel quite moisturizing.

  Cons

  Has this been reformulated? Where did the hydration go? I only feel the oil, with no sense of moisture. After application, it doesn't seem to absorb well, but rather sits on the skin like an oily coating. There's no feeling of deep hydration. You'll definitely need to apply a hydrating essence before this cream. Vichy creams usually overflow with hydration and have less oil, making them perfect for normal skin types. But this product fails to address deep dryness and just feels heavy and greasy. It's quite disappointing.

  For those dealing with dehydrated skin, I strongly recommend using a hydrating essence before this cream. Using a product rich in moisture first, followed by a cream that feels like it coats with oil, can help reduce that feeling of deep dryness.

  Being a gel type, it applies lightly and absorbs well into the skin

  Cons

  Even though I use the light version, after switching to this, my makeup breaks down easily... I have combination skin and only use Estée Lauder foundation with a fixer, but later on, it gets oily...

  Pros

  The absorbs, hydration, and absorption are all great! It might feel a bit heavy for oily skin, so it's most suitable for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types. I especially liked that there weren't any concerning ingredients except for fragrance, and I didn't find the scent too strong. It didn't cause any pilling when applied before makeup.

  Cons

  When I applied makeup over it, even with a non-oily powder, it seemed to make my skin a bit greasy. However, it's excellent for when your skin feels tight and dry, like it's about to peel.

  Tip

  At night, I use it along with a hydrating serum, and it definitely makes my skin texture much softer. The next day, my makeup goes on beautifully. Just be careful not to apply too much before makeup, as it might cause slight pilling.

  When I first tested it in-store, I loved how it felt light yet deeply hydrating, so I decided to buy it! Being a pharmacy brand, I thought the ingredients would be gentle too. It applies smoothly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized with a slight richness for a perfect finish.

  Cons

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I have to say... the scent is really off-putting. It's like a strong, masculine cologne. I can't imagine anyone enjoying this fragrance. After application, it leaves an oily film that causes my blemishes to explode overnight. Since I stopped using this product, those tiny bumps have disappeared!

  I've resorted to using it as a hand cream instead.
