Pros
As someone with sensitive skin, I was pleased that it didn't cause many blemishes
Cons
It ran a lot, which was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have dry skin
Tip
I think it's better to use a cotton pad rather than applying it with your hands

Pros
I'm on my third bottle because it's so gentle, I can apply it anytime!
Cons
It's quite runny and tends to drip, and the hydration level isn't particularly high.
Tip
If you want to boost hydration, make sure to use it with an ampoule or serum!

It feels moisturizing when applied to the face after washing. It absorbs well and quickly, and I recommend it for those with blemishes.

Pros
My skin is super sensitive and prone to blemishes, but last winter when I started swimming, my face became red, stinging, and irritated - I couldn't apply anything! So I researched online and immediately purchased the VIJA line. At first, even the toner stung and made me tear up... but after about two days, it calmed down. I learned that sensitive skin is also prone to dead skin cell buildup, so I use a cleansing brush. On days when I scrub too hard, it can be a bit uncomfortable. Still, I'm very satisfied because it's gentler than other cosmetics. The texture has a serum-like consistency and absorbs well. In winter, applying a second layer after absorption seems effective for deep dryness.
Cons
Many people have mentioned this disappointment... the toner bottle opening is too large, causing it to pour out quickly. That's why I've been decanting it into a 15ml sample container for use.
Tip
Transferring it to a container with a smaller opening prevents sudden spills and works well.

Pros
I rarely repurchase cosmetics, but I'm on my second bottle of this product. As someone with deep dryness and super sensitive skin, it hydrates without irritation. When it's not too cold, applying it two or three times is enough - no need for an emulsion. On days when I'm out for long or need extra cleansing after sunscreen, I apply it generously. It quickly calms irritated skin, and just layering it twice has significantly improved my skin health. At some point, when I used emulsions or creams for dryness, I'd get blemishes and excess oil, making my skin worse. This product was perfect for that skin condition. Despite being a toner, it moisturizes so well that it feels like a light essence.
Cons
The product tends to spill easily. As you use it, the spilled content can make things messy. Although it's a toner, it has a bit of richness, so those with oily skin might find it excessive. It also has a slightly slippery feel.
Tip
It's not suitable as a Hwahae Tester product. It might work better if you think of it as an essence when using it.

First off, I'm pleased to say I've been happily using the Bija Cica Balm and Gel, so I was excited to try the skin toner from the same line. I bought it with high hopes. This isn't your typical lightweight toner. It has a rich, milky texture with a bit of heft to it. I found that layering it twice was particularly effective, especially for my chin area which tends to get very dry. It seemed to address that deep dryness to some extent, which I'm quite satisfied with. Considering the price point, I'm impressed with the quality ingredients and generous amount. As a devoted Innisfree fan who usually tries their new products, I can say this one doesn't disappoint.
Cons
To be honest, I'm not seeing any standout effects. Compared to the Bija Cica Balm, the visible and tangible benefits seem rather subtle, which is a bit disappointing. It's not bad, but it's not particularly great either - and that's what leaves me wanting more. The packaging could use some improvement. Given the product's consistency, it tends to collect around the opening and can drip when dispensing, which makes it a bit inconvenient to use.
Tip
After cleansing, I sometimes start with a light mist toner, then apply this product twice in gentle patting motions. Other times, I'll soak a cotton pad with it and use it as a mini mask. I've also tried incorporating it into my skincare routine as an essence substitute. As someone with adult acne-prone skin, I can't say this product dramatically improved my blemishes, but I never felt like it made my skin worse either.
Cons
It's extremely runny... just drips everywhere. It's about twice as watery as a typical toner.
Tip
You should think of it as applying toner twice.

While caring for my mother at the hospital for a few days, I noticed severe blemishes appearing on my face like tiny bumps due to the extremely dry air in the hospital room. My skin was so irritated I couldn't touch it, so I tried changing various skincare products thinking there might be an issue. After some research, I came across opinions suggesting it could be due to deep dryness, so I looked for skincare products good for dehydrated skin! That's how I discovered the Vija Cica line, and I decided to try their toner. After using the 200mL bottle for two months, my deep dryness was completely gone! Previously, my face felt extremely tight after washing, but by layering the Vija Cica toner multiple times, not only did the deep dryness disappear, but now I don't feel any tightness even if I don't apply anything after cleansing. I highly recommend the Vija Cica toner for those struggling with blemishes and tightness due to dehydrated skin! It absorbs quickly without leaving any residue, and it has a cooling effect that helps soothe the skin!
Cons
Unfortunately, the product leaks from the rubber seal at the opening, which is a bit disappointing.
Tip
After exfoliating dead skin cells with a water-based toner, apply the Vija Cica toner in about 3 layers. This method can help resolve deep dryness in just one week!
