I've used over 20 bottles so far and have even converted many around me, spreading the benefits far and wide. It cleanses perfectly and is the only oil-based product I've tried that doesn't cause blemishes. (While using that other popular cleansing oil that everyone raves about, I had persistent blemishes, but they all disappeared once I switched to this product!) There's not much to dislike, really. The only downside might be that there aren't many ways to get it at a discount, except during MUJI sales or when it's close to expiration. Oh, and it's cheaper in Japan! Make sure to check the product name carefully when purchasing. You must buy the 'Sensitive Skin' version! The cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad, and I decided to purchase it because of its gentle ingredients. I usually use Chino Sioya cleansing oil, and compared to that, this one has a viscous, sticky texture that feels a bit heavy when applying. Personally, it's not my preferred texture, which was a bit disappointing. However, I don't think its cleansing effectiveness is poor, so I'd say it's about average.
