It has a subtle floral fragrance, and it feels incredibly soft when applied to the face. Even though it's a water toner, it's incredibly moisturizing, so you don't need to use a lot for each use - a small amount is enough. It doesn't get absorbed immediately, but after it's fully absorbed, it leaves behind only a moisturized feeling without any stickiness. It helps refine the skin texture, making the skin feel smooth.
Cons
