  Pros

  I love that I can use the entire Is'ntree Hyaluronic Acid line. I don't like mixing products from different brands for my toner, emulsion, and serum. I really hope this line doesn't get discontinued so I can keep using it! It's so hydrating and wonderful. Even with my dry skin, it keeps me moisturized without causing blemishes. It works hard for combination dehydrated skin. As a pregnant woman, it keeps my skin from getting dry and looks great - best value for money. I've already used more than half, so I'm off to stock up again!

  Cons

  Due to the nature of hyaluronic acid, it can pill when used with sunscreen, foundation, or cushion compacts. So I use it for my nighttime routine instead.

  Tip

  I'm even more satisfied using the same line for my toner, serum, and emulsion!

  Right after applying, the hydration was insane! I thought I'd finally found a cream that's refreshing and deeply moisturizing.

  Cons

  But what happened next was truly crazy. I have combination skin, so my T-zone is extremely oily, and despite the summer humidity, I felt intense deep dryness. Not only that, it pilled terribly (like dead skin coming off). If you apply this before makeup? It'll probably start flaking off the moment you step outside. The ingredients are supposed to be good, and the reviews were positive, so I bought it, but I'm really disappointed.

  I was looking for a gel-cream type moisturizer, and this one applied lightly after my morning cleanse. It felt slightly heavier than the Sidmool Madagascar Moisture Cream, but the absorption wasn't bad at all.

  Cons

  I applied a generous amount for hydration, but it pilled like dead skin. Even when I used a small amount before makeup, it oddly made my dead skin cells visible and pilled strangely. I think I'd be better off buying the Sidmool cream instead.

  This cream has the smoothest application of any I've used. It feels so pleasant on the skin. The lightweight texture allows me to apply it generously. Plus, it's free from harmful ingredients, so it doesn't cause any irritation!

  Cons

  It lacks oil, so when I apply makeup, my skin feels dry and the makeup pills. As a result, I've been layering it with a richer moisturizer for added hydration.

  When I first applied this product, I was amazed. Just with this moisturizer, my skin became incredibly glowy and firm. The effect lessened a bit with continued use, but I realized my face had been seriously lacking hydration all this time. I used to be obsessed with Incel*, thinking it was the best, but at some point, I noticed it made the fuller parts of my face look even plumper. So these days, I only apply Incel cream to my forehead, as it still helps with wrinkles there. Anyway, this cream feels fantastic even when applied after a mask, and it's my absolute favorite among moisturizers. It absorbs beautifully, but be careful not to layer it too much as it can pill slightly. Just apply it once or twice. It's my top pick among my hydration products!

  It can pill a bit like dead skin cells if you layer it multiple times. Other than that, no complaints. It's great.

  Tip

  For a double win, try applying this moisturizer occasionally on top of your functional line cream.

  The container is convenient to use and hygienic. The cream absorbs well, making it easy to apply. But that's about all the positives I can think of. As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I had high hopes for its hydrating and gentle properties, but I'm deeply disappointed.

  First off, it pills up like dead skin cells after a while. Strangely, the more I apply, the drier my skin feels. I have combination dehydrated skin with texture issues and sensitivity. I bought this thinking my usual cream was a bit drying, but this one actually makes my skin even drier. After using it overnight, I woke up with deep dryness, excess oil, and blemishes. There was also visible redness. It seems ISNTREE products work well for some people, but they're just not compatible with my skin.

  I'm using this product comfortably because of its great ingredients. I apply it whenever I need an instant boost of hydration.

  Cons

  After applying and letting it absorb, when I rub the sides of my cheeks, it comes off like dead skin cells. At first, I thought it was my own skin flaking, so I tried exfoliating, but I realized it's the product residue that forms after it dries. I've experienced this with other products before, and I suspect it's the leftover product that hasn't fully absorbed coming off when rubbed.

  Tip

  Apply just enough to cover your entire face rather than slathering it on thickly. Otherwise, you might notice residue coming off when you rub your face. Store it in the refrigerator for best results.

  The best thing about it is how gentle it is! I have acne-prone, sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any itching or tingling at all. It's a safe, no-frills product, but I probably won't repurchase.

  This is truly awful. It pills like crazy. I don't think it even contains dimethicone, so I can't understand why it pills so badly. Am I the only one experiencing this? Why aren't there any other reviews mentioning this issue? I'm almost finished with the bottle, and it has pilled every single time I've used it.

  I really wish those with extremely dry skin would avoid using this. It's said to be suitable even for dry skin, and the word-of-mouth was good, so I bought it right away. However, it doesn't help with the skin barrier at all. It actually sits on top of the skin and pills up like dead skin cells. I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry skin who need to layer oils or balms just to get by.

  It pills when applied with other products! It's best to apply this only after your toner.

  I've found my holy grail cream right here. I never imagined a product could be this effective. As someone who goes through over 10 tubs of moisturizer a year, I can say that the isntree Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Gel Cream is neither too rich nor sticky, yet deeply hydrating. Unlike many products where the visible moisture doesn't translate to actual hydration, you can really feel the care put into making this cream. It's so good that you can skip serums and just layer this cream for sufficient hydration and moisture.

  Cons

  The only downside is that it can pill slightly when applied before makeup, which is a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  If you use it generously as a sleeping pack, your skin will be perfectly prepped for makeup the next day. Lately, I've been mixing equal parts toner and cream on a cotton pad, then applying it as a spot treatment on dry, tight areas after it's slightly dried.
