It's decent enough. While it's considered a large-capacity product, it's not much different from the regular shampoos sold at the supermarket. There wasn't any noticeable cooling sensation. And looking at the ingredients now, they're not entirely safe. I purchased it to manage hair loss, but it didn't really help with that. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations of shampoos or treatments improving hair loss, as that's unrealistic, but I'm still a bit disappointed.

My hair has thickened. The fragrance is refreshing and nice, and the lather forms well. I don't necessarily need to use a treatment, and it doesn't feel overly heavy.
