I've used this on both my kids since they were newborns. I didn't realize it contained a cautionary ingredient. The way it absorbs is fantastic, and I love that it's fragrance-free. I applied Penaten in summer and oil in winter for my children. If there's any flaw, it's that it contains one cautionary ingredient. Otherwise, I think it's flawless.
