  I bought this as a base to apply on my lips. My lips tend to get very chapped, so I thought a matte product would be good. But surprisingly, it doesn't make my lips look dry or flaky, even more so than the oily ones. This particular shade is great to use before applying a bold lip color, as it helps the color pop more. You can also use it like a lip primer, by lightly tapping some powder on top of it before applying lipstick.
