I'm a big fan of Himalaya products! This is the first time I've tried it, and it's such a great product. That's why I'm writing this review! I often go to get acupuncture or visit massage shops because of my shoulder tension, but the Cold Balm has been able to directly solve the problem, and I'm really happy about it. Even a small amount helps relieve the shoulder tension. I'm so pleased with it that I've applied it to my husband a few times, and he said it felt so refreshing and good!

It's a bit irritating and stings, so it might be too much for sensitive skin types.

It feels cool and a bit soothing when applied under the nose. It has the same scent as the one my yoga instructor used to apply. Hmm, it's got a bit of a Southeast Asian massage parlor smell! I really enjoyed it.
