It's not sticky or drying at all.
ConsAlthough it's not sticky, there is a slightly stinging sensation. I use it together with a vitamin A cream, and it does tend to exacerbate peeling and irritation when applied.

It absorbs quite well, better than I expected.
ConsIt stung a bit as soon as it touched my face, making me wonder if I made a bad purchase.

I was planning to only use it at night if it was irritating and stimulating, but there's none of that, so I've been using it during the day too haha. There have been no breakouts from this product. The weather has been very dry lately, and until yesterday, my cheeks were getting drier as the day went on, but that's a bit less now. And my pores seem relatively calmer than before using it. It feels more tamed :) It also seems to be helping with skin texture and tone recovery. For the past 2 years, I misunderstood my skin and used acne-focused basic skincare, and recently experienced allergic reactions to the oily/trouble-focused products... I went to a dermatologist and got a lecture, though not really a lecture haha, and got a prescription that helped me recover. Anyway, after those 2-3 days of confusion, I realized my skin is more combination/dehydrated/sensitive, so I need to find gentler, more moisturizing products. It seems the real issue was lack of moisture. (I also just learned about the Hwahae app this time - my younger sibling couldn't believe I didn't know about it before. I used to use Etude House products when I was younger, but became a skincare nomad after studying abroad.) Anyway, I learned about this product through an acquaintance, and the ingredients looked good and seemed helpful for skin recovery, so I tried it. The conclusion is that I'm satisfied :) However, I haven't used it on the trouble spots on my forehead or right cheek that are still recovering. I'm only using it on the left side of my face (excluding the eye area and down to the cheek) where the blemishes have healed into scars. I've learned the hard way that you have to be very careful with functional cosmetics.
ConsThe fact that it's refrigerated is not a problem at all, and everything else is fine! The one thing I'd point out is that after using it, my skin feels a bit tacky and sticky, and I have to follow up with a moisturizer. The ampoule I'm using for my oily skin is only applied to my blemish areas, and that one doesn't leave a sticky residue on my hands afterwards, so in comparison, that's the one area where this product differs.
TipWhile they're not exactly groundbreaking tips, let me list the other products I'm using in conjunction with this one. As a 30-year-old with workplace stress and going through seasonal changes, I mistakenly thought my skin type had shifted from dehydrated to more oily, and had been using products accordingly. But after the recent confusion and struggles, I've finally found my way back to understanding and caring for my healthy skin. A.C.N.S Foaming Wash -> Dr.D Cleanser A.B.N Thermal Water Mist -> Dr.D Toner (wipe-off) (This one hasn't been a problem at all) A.C.N.S Essence Lotion -> This product & Cer.T.D Burning Ampoule 1•2 (I'm applying the two products to different areas, and plan to switch to just this product once the blemishes clear up.) A.C.N.S Derma Relief Recovery Cream -> Pha.R.S 17 Cream I've abbreviated the brand names just in case it comes across as an advertisement. If your skin suddenly becomes problematic and it's not due to hormones, I'd recommend visiting a dermatologist before trying new skincare products!

That's why I really like this lightweight, refreshing formula. With a watery texture, it absorbs quickly, so I apply it a couple of times to boost the moisture.Moisturizing Power: At first, it felt a bit drying after application, but with continued use, the tightness I felt after cleansing has definitely decreased!! Using it consistently and repeatedly seems to work best.Recommended Skin Type: Since it applies so lightly and gently, it should work well for most skin types. The only caution would be for those with very reactive, breakout-prone skin - you may want to use just a small amount, as it can feel a bit irritating..Price: I think the price-to-performance ratio is great. I'd recommend this as a good value product.
ConsThe only downside I can think of is that the product gets used up quite quickly. Since I tend to apply it a few times, the amount runs out faster than some other toners.
TipI like to use a small amount of this on my face and then follow up with a cream to boost the moisture. It also works really well when I use it before a face mask - my skin feels so much more hydrated afterwards!

I tried all sorts of products, but nothing seemed to improve. Luckily, I had the chance to use this product, and within a few days, the tightness in my face disappeared. Usually, when I try new products, my skin gets irritated or breaks out, but this one didn't cause any issues. However, since it's a vitamin product, I think it's best to start using it gradually, as the skin may not adapt well to high concentrations right away (just my personal opinion). Personally, I don't like heavy formulas, so I prefer lightweight, watery products. This one has the perfect balance - not too light, not too heavy. The application is smooth and comfortable. I believe most people use vitamin C skincare products for their brightening effects, and although I haven't used this for long, I've already noticed my complexion looking less dull. I'll have to use it for longer to see the full results, but so far, I'm very pleased with the performance.
ConsIf you really dislike anything sticky or tacky, this product might not be for you. It has a slightly clingy, adhesive-like feel. + As mentioned in the product instructions, please avoid applying this to any areas with wounds or blemishes. I made the mistake of doing that, and it was extremely irritating.
TipAfter toning a few times, I apply two to three drops of the serum from the dropper, and my skin feels incredibly nourished and improved.

After using it, the oiliness has also decreased a lot, and my base makeup doesn't feel as cakey. The typical stinging sensation of the vitamin C serum is also not very noticeable.
ConsWhen I left it outside the refrigerator, some sediment started to form. But this is something common with vitamin C serums in general, so I just have to accept it when using this product.
TipIt seems better to use it in the evening and then go to sleep. When I used it in the morning, my skin felt a bit tacky afterwards.
