If you don't mind the quantity, it's a great toner for exfoliation. When you pat it in after cleansing, you'll feel your skin become hydrated and your pores refreshed.

The quantity is too small. If you use it as an exfoliating toner or in the '7-skin method', it'll disappear quickly. When I received the package, I was like, 'Huh? Is it really this small?' It's disappointing.
Note that you can add more product for an additional cost.

Also, it has a strong herbal scent. It's not necessarily unpleasant, but it's quite potent and lingers for a while.

As someone who's tried countless toners including Calendula, Dr.G Barrier, Ceraclinic, The Face Shop Fermented, and almost all of Honest Beauty's other toners, I can confidently say this product is my favorite and suits me best.

First off, I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry skin as it might be too drying. I have combination dehydrated skin, and I really dislike toners with a sticky feel. They don't absorb well and just feel heavy. That's why the 'runny nose' texture some toners have didn't work for me.

This product, however, effectively cleans pores and feels refreshing. It balances the skin well, and I appreciate its gentle ingredients.

When I switched to this toner while keeping the rest of my routine the same, I saw results overnight and couldn't help but exclaim, 'Wow, Goddess Judy!'

I've tried Judy's Hibiscus toner before, but it didn't suit me. As a toner nomad, I'll keep trying and reviewing different products, but this one seems particularly great for calming the skin.

For best results, try using an exfoliating toner first, then gently pat a small amount onto your face with your hands.

The price isn't exactly budget-friendly. The scent isn't particularly pleasant, but that's actually reassuring. It means they haven't added any strange fragrances, which is a good thing.

First off, it's incredibly gentle, which is great for calming the skin. Since switching to Honest Judy, everyone's been complimenting me on how much my skin has improved. I love how it feels light and refreshing, not heavy at all.

I've heard that those with super sensitive skin should actually avoid natural cosmetics... It's better to use products with minimal ingredients that just cover the basics. Even though I don't have severe sensitivity, using Honest Judy's functional emulsion made my redness worse. However, their lip balm is excellent!

When my face felt hot, I tried using a cotton pad soaked in toner to soothe it. With other toners, this usually helps reduce the heat, but with this one, my skin actually became redder. It also left a tingling sensation inside my skin, like alcohol. Now I never leave cotton pads on for long, and I only use this toner once a day

For reference, I have combination skin with dry cheeks.

After washing my face, I pat it dry with a cotton pad, then apply five layers of toner. In summer, I finish with a light emulsion, while in winter, I use a cream. It feels neither excessive nor insufficient. Occasionally, when I'm into a particular essence or serum, I'll apply it between the toner and cream, but most often I end my routine with just toner and emulsion or toner and cream.

Why doesn't this toner's rating exceed 4 stars? It's not inferior to any of the expensive toners sold by Honest Judy. The most basic item turns out to be the best. It's a water-based toner.

You should gently wipe it with a cotton pad. If you rub it in, the cotton can scratch your skin, causing stinging and redness.

It's a pretty decent product. The skin has a very slight viscosity and is transparent. It's marketed as a natural cosmetic and contains some kind of edel... thing, so many people say it has a medicinal herb-like scent, but to my nose it smells like a nicely dried maple leaf :) Not a bad scent. The moisturizing is quite hydrating. It doesn't feel like you're just putting water on your face. And it's very gentle. I didn't notice any particular improvements while using it, but there weren't any downsides either, and it didn't sting my eyes when it got in them, so I feel confident using it.

If it suits your skin, you can do a 7-skin routine.

If you use a product that doesn't match your skin, you can experience heat, redness, and red blemishes. I experienced all three of those after using this product. For sensitive skin, it's better not to use it.
