It offers a slight complexion correction and absorbs well. No eye irritation. Even for someone like me who doesn't usually produce much oil, this made my skin very rich - a dewy glow? Or more of an oily feel? Absolutely no dryness. While I wasn't sure if I'd repurchase it given the price point, it turns out it's been discontinued! When used as a base, it makes your makeup melt off. Those with oily skin should definitely avoid this. Only those with very dry skin might find this satisfactory, and even then, probably only in the dead of winter. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 7, 2020
This is a typical cream-type sunscreen perfect for dry autumn and winter skin. When applied, it gives your face a luminous glow that doesn't fade easily over time. For me, it started to pill after a while. My mom thinks it's because I didn't apply my skincare properly, but I have other sunscreens that don't pill with the same routine. Also, because it gives such a shiny finish, when applied on bare skin, it actually makes my face look oily rather than glowing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2020
It doesn't make my skin overly dry and naturally brightens my complexion. Some people mentioned the scent wasn't great, but I found it fine! It doesn't pill when I apply foundation over it, doesn't cause any blemishes, and I've been using it without any notable drawbacks. I received this as a gift, so I didn't realize how expensive it was. The price is quite high for a sunscreen. I'm not sure if I'd spend that much to buy it again. It's best to use it without knowing the price! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2019
The sun protection seems excellent. Even with my extremely dry skin that tends to develop blemishes easily, this brightening moisturizer keeps my skin hydrated and prevents spots from appearing, making my complexion look clearer. It's on the pricier side. Those with sensitive skin might find it a bit harsh at times. For oily skin types, it could feel a bit too rich. Try applying it repeatedly on bare skin even on days when you're not wearing makeup. You'll notice your skin looking healthier and more radiant. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2018
I've been using this as a nourishing cream and sunscreen before my morning makeup for years. It's great because it doesn't cause any deep dryness throughout the day and my makeup applies beautifully over it. I consider it a solid base for my routine. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I have combination dehydrated skin, and except for summer, parts of my skin tend to be dry and tight. Perhaps that's why this brightening moisturizer works so well for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 28, 2018
When I go out wearing this, I often hear compliments about my skin looking great. It might appear slightly rich, but I'm satisfied because it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. I've tried sunscreens from Lancôme, Kiehl's, Vant, and Innisfree, but Sangbak suits me the best. The price is on the higher side, unfortunately. During extreme heat waves, it can make my skin look too oily, so I switch to other products then. Instead of rubbing it in, gently patting the product helps it absorb better into the skin.
