  Pros

  The semi-matte formula sets quickly when applied. Since you'll need concealer for important spot coverage anyway, I think the coverage is sufficient. Even after wearing a mask for over 3 hours with powder applied, it held up well.

  Cons

  As time passes, it does tend to bunch up a bit around the sides of the nose where oil emerges. It's not severe though, so I just wiped it off and moved on.

  Tip

  Since it's a semi-matte formula, it can feel dry if you apply powder. I recommend spraying plenty of face mist and letting it air dry for best results.

  Pros

  Initially, it feels powdery and adheres well to the skin. With proper skincare, it might be less cakey and less drying. Though I have a fair complexion, it appears slightly darker.

  Cons

  After a while, it breaks down terribly, settling into creases around the nose and under the lips. About four hours in, oil keeps coming through, even with powder applied. The sebum just keeps rising to the surface.

  This semi-matte foundation works well year-round, regardless of season. As someone with combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily, using a matte type helps balance out the downsides of excess oil while minimizing the appearance of dead skin cells. While it doesn't completely cover acne scars, it does create a clean, even complexion. The packaging is great too - despite being the same 30ml, it comes in a lightweight, soft plastic container without excessive packaging, making it perfect for travel and everyday carry.

  Cons

  In winter, as dry skin settles in, you might notice the product settling into fine lines around the mouth, nose, and eyes, especially when smiling or making facial expressions. The container has a squeeze-type opening, so be careful when opening the cap as air bubbles can sometimes cause the product to squirt out unexpectedly.

  Tip

  For dry winter skin, I found that building up a solid hydration base in your skincare routine helps reduce both the appearance of fine lines and the feeling of dryness when using this foundation.

  The best part was the subtle brightening effect! I absolutely loved it. It wasn't just lightweight, but had a slight moisturizing feel while still being airy, which I really appreciated.

  Right after application, it leaves a smooth, matte finish that's perfect for oily skin. A little goes a long way, allowing for easy and even coverage.

  Cons

  The longevity is disappointing as it settles into the creases around the nose and becomes extremely oily. Additionally, while I'm not certain it's the cause, I've been experiencing frequent blemishes. The pump also dispenses too much product, making it difficult to control the amount.

  I wouldn't recommend this unless you're just stepping out for a quick errand.
