Even though I hadn't been using it for a month, every time I applied it, my face would feel irritated, itchy, and flushed. So I directly messaged the customer service on the chat and asked about it, and they said that there were no irritating ingredients in it. So I just continued using it. But then one morning, not even 10 minutes after using it, my skin became really red, irritated, and itchy. My mom said it looked like a burn, so she told me to go to the dermatologist. When I went, they were really surprised and asked if I had recently changed any of my skincare products. I told them the only new thing was the serum, and I had even contacted the company directly, and they said there were no problematic ingredients. But the dermatologist said that kind of product doesn't even exist, and that even a slight heat can cause my skin to flare up, so I shouldn't use anything that claims to be good for sensitive skin. They prescribed me oral medication and ointment. After about 2 weeks of not using it, the itchiness and irritation completely went away. But even now, I sometimes still get random flushing, which I didn't have before. I really want to warn anyone with sensitive skin to be very careful when trying new products.

This cream works great when used together with the Cica cream. It's definitely absorbed faster than other brand products, so I can apply the serum and then this cream right away without any burden. It's good to know that it doesn't contain any chemical ingredients, so I can use it with confidence. The generous amount is also great for the whole family to use. I'll be using this well~

I found that using the Skin Signal cream together with this works great to combat the dryness of winter!
Or using it with a hyaluronic acid toner adds a soothing function and helps lock in moisture even better!

And the texture is very light and airy, like a runny skin.
