ConsHmm, this toner is not suitable for use as a cleansing toner. It does not remove impurities at all. In other words, after cleansing, you should use it with a cotton pad or as a hydrating toner to replenish the lack of moisture.

Hehe... After exfoliating with the Bahar toner pads in the morning, when I'm hydrating my skin, I use this item!! I soak the cotton pad with it and gently pat it onto my skin, and it's just perfect for delivering hydration, and my hands often go to it.
