  Pros

  First off, the absorption is fantastic! It applies smoothly and feels even softer than a cream-like texture, which I really appreciate. The natural brightening effect is excellent too. The base has a pink tint that gives the skin a natural, radiant complexion - it's absolutely amazing!

  Cons

  The one clear downside would have to be the ingredients. There are some less-than-ideal components that I don't typically prefer to use...

  Tip

  I always use this as my base when applying makeup! When I apply makeup over this base, it seems to adhere better. It also provides sun protection, so I highly recommend it to those who, like me, usually apply sunscreen before makeup.

  Pros

  * Application / Adherence / Natural brightening / Sun protection * Application: The texture is incredibly moisturizing and smooth. It's easy to apply thinly all over the face with just your hands. * Adherence: After the moisturizing application, it adheres thinly to the skin without any excess. The formula helps the next step of makeup (foundation or cushion) to apply smoothly. * Natural brightening: It provides a subtle, delicate pink base that brightens the complexion naturally by about half a shade. It's great for use all over the face, but you'll be satisfied even if you only apply it to areas where you want to add volume (T-zone, front of cheeks, etc.). * Sun protection: With SPF32 and PA++, it's also good to use in place of a separate sunscreen.

  Cons

  * Moisture fades over time / Caution for sensitive skin * Due to the mineral sunscreen ingredients, the initial moisturizing feeling may not last as long. Instead, you'll get some help with oil control. * It contains ingredients like alcohol and fragrances that can easily irritate sensitive skin, so it's recommended to check the ingredient list beforehand to see if it suits your skin.

  Tip

  While the scent is different, it feels similar to Chanel's Le Blanc Light Creator Brightening Makeup Base in Rosée. The Aritaum All-day Filter Tone-up Base also has a strong scent and a thin texture that applies well, brightening and evening the complexion naturally.
