I've used the cream from the same line and loved it, and this toner is great too! The exfoliating toner has a nice formula that absorbs well. It might feel a bit rich in summer, but it's perfect for dry spring and fall seasons. It works hard to keep my skin hydrated. I'll definitely repurchase. The cream was good too, except for the fragrance, but it's unfortunate it's been discontinued. Known as a barrier toner, I used it with mixed feelings of anticipation and worry. My skin is so sensitive that it reacts to almost everything I apply, especially toners. But this one is different, truly. It has a separate oil layer, so you need to shake it before use. After layering it two or three times, I guarantee you'll wake up to honey-like skin the next day! I've used about 2/3 of the bottle now, and my skin barrier is recovering. Even though it contains oil, which might make oily or combination skin types hesitant, I assure you this is a revolutionary product! After layering it two or three times, I noticed a slight tingling sensation on my lips. However, this happened with other brands' toners too, so I don't consider it a significant drawback. If you experience this, applying a generous amount of lip balm afterwards helps alleviate the issue. 1. Apply immediately after cleansing, removing excess water from your face. 2. Layer multiple times as needed. 3. While it's moisturizing on its own, finish with a cream for best results. (I believe it's better to use products that suit you in moderation rather than increasing the number of cosmetics in your routine!)
