Even after shampooing several times without using a treatment, my hair quality didn't deteriorate. After using it for over a week, I noticed some improvement in dandruff. The formula is transparent, and for a low pH product, it lathers surprisingly well. The scent... well... how should I describe it... It smells like very bitter powdered medicine. I feel like my hair gets oily faster than usual. Pre-shampoo is a must! - to***Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 23, 2018
Effective cleansing power I bought this product after stopping use of another shampoo that left my scalp in terrible condition. This one is absolutely fantastic as a pre-wash! I'll definitely repurchase, 1000000% sure! At first, I thought the cleansing power might be weak because my hair felt a bit soft after washing, but that wasn't the case. Using this as a pre-wash completely eliminated my dandruff. Please don't reformulate this product! If you must change anything, just the scent... * Updated review after using 2 bottles Initially, I liked it as mentioned above, but it turns out it doesn't suit me. I usually use 2 bottles when shampooing, one as a pre-wash. I used this shampoo as a pre-wash, but when my scalp condition worsened, I tried using it alone. Not sure if it's due to poor cleansing effectiveness, but the results were terrible... My dandruff, oiliness, and hair loss increased dramatically. I thought the cleansing power was good, but I guess I was wrong. It seems you need to use a shampoo for at least 1-2 months to really know. If a product truly doesn't suit you, your scalp reacts badly even after just a few uses. (Make sure to judge based on using it alone) Using it as a pre-wash made it confusing to pinpoint the cause, so it took a while to figure out... - kh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSep 6, 2018
One of the positive aspects is that it contains good ingredients for a body wash. It's also a great value, offering a large quantity at an affordable price. Not only are the ingredients beneficial, but it also lathers up nicely. First off, there's a major issue with Suorganic's shipping system. My order was marked as delivered despite not receiving it. They kept making false promises about sending it, and I had to make a phone call to finally get it. I suspect they were out of stock and stalled until new inventory arrived. It would have been better if they were just honest instead of repeatedly lying through customer inquiries. The whole process was incredibly stressful, and I lost count of how many times I had to follow up. Their delivery system seems poorly managed, and I've noticed other consumers reporting similar shipping errors. Now, about the fragrance - it's really off-putting. Perhaps due to the sandalwood oil, it has an overwhelming fallen leaves scent that's quite unpleasant. It's a bit cloying and generally nauseating. Personally, I preferred the lychee rose scent. This one might suit those who enjoy single-note fragrances. Be aware that there's a random chance of incorrect or missing deliveries, which can be quite stressful if it happens to you. - cj********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsMay 4, 2018
I can't really think of anything positive to say... I've only used it once, but the disappointments outweigh any benefits. As soon as I bought it, I had a bad feeling about the scent, and I was right - it's definitely not to my taste. I purchased it because it was supposed to be sweet, but it's a total miss. When I first applied it, it wasn't particularly bad, but as time passed, it started to feel greasy quite quickly. The unpleasant fragrance lingered all day, making me feel uncomfortable. It's hard to describe - maybe musty? Or like the smell of crayons? I know it's subjective, but I really dislike it. It's frustrating to have my first purchase be a failure, and I'm hesitant to try a different scent. If the effects were at least good, I could try to work around the fragrance, but I don't think it suits my scalp at all. I've only used it once and now I'm not sure what to do with it. At least I got a good amount for a low price, so that's some consolation. Many reviews mention a sweet scent, but it's not a light sweetness. It's more like a heavy, oily crayon smell. I can't think of a better way to describe it. Overall, the fragrance is very heavy and overwhelming. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 21, 2018
Highly recommended. It strikes the perfect balance between moisturizing and drying, so your hair doesn't tangle after washing. It revives lifeless hair and doesn't cause any blemishes. (I've tried countless shampoos due to my seborrheic scalp.) The scent is adorably grape jelly-like. As a body wash, it's mildly acidic with great ingredients that don't leave your skin feeling tight. Plus, it's affordable. I had to pause using it while trying to conceive due to the rosemary content, but my family continues to use it, and I'll return to it later. It would be a massive hit if they created a fragrance-free version for pregnant women, removing herbs like rosemary. Take advantage of social media coupons when purchasing.
