It's a standard emulsion formula that doesn't feel sticky or heavy. I have extremely sensitive dry skin with severe redness. Instead of applying it generously like a regular emulsion, I use just a tiny pea-sized amount! I've heard that using too much can be irritating. The basic amount is meant to last a month. I'm really enjoying it and using it well. If you're not looking for anti-aging effects but just want to calm redness on sensitive skin, I highly recommend this. To be honest, it doesn't have any other effects!
