I expected the texture to be like Vaseline, but when I dipped my index finger in, it had a slightly watery, melted Vaseline-like consistency. It's not an issue when using the product, but if you're new to it, you might accidentally apply too much, as it's easy to scoop out a generous amount.

The price is a bit high? But I stocked up during a buy-one-get-one-free sale with other Madecassoside products, so I didn't really feel the high price. The amount of product also seems quite generous.

My lips are constantly dry and chapped, so I habitually bite them every day. I've tried Vaseline, Eucerin, Nivea, and many other lip moisturizing products, but this one has been the most effective for me!!! It's great, but it doesn't seem to be very well-known, which is a shame.
The 'Lip Sleeping Mask' label has '(Highly Moisturizing)' written in parentheses, so I used it thinking 'How moisturizing could it be?' But as soon as I applied it, I could feel the intense hydration. It has amazing absorption and long-lasting effects.
It's not really suitable for daily use as a regular lip balm because of its strong moisturizing power, but it's perfect as a sleeping mask for those with very dry, rough lips. When you wake up in the morning, you can feel your lips have become soft and smooth.

The price is reasonable for this amount. There's really nothing I'm unsatisfied with. I just wish there was a stick type version that I could carry around and apply during the day.

I am suffering from cheilitis. After Madecassol was discontinued and other products didn't work for me, I finally found the right product. The exfoliation and soothing effects are great, and even the cracked corners of my mouth have improved (I was really struggling with that for a few days). I recommend this to those who used Madecassol before. I really hope this product doesn't get discontinued.

1. It has excellent moisturizing power. My lips were cracked and peeling during the winter, but after using this, my lip condition has really improved.

I first bought this based on the similar reviews from others (regarding the condition of my lips). My lips tend to crack and peel no matter the season - spring, summer, fall, or winter. And since I can't drink water often, it just gets worse. Just as the review I saw said, if I apply it generously to my lips before bed, it works well.

Hmm.. there's not really any major downside, but if I had to say something, maybe it's that it absorbs too quickly? Since my lips are so dry, I think I'd prefer something a bit more occlusive that stays on the lips longer.

I have extremely dry and sensitive lips, so I could only use Vaseline before. But I started using this product by chance and it's been great. Other lip masks made my lips itchy, but this one doesn't irritate at all and works really well. I have atopic dermatitis, severe flakiness, and extremely dry skin even around my lips, so I use this frequently as a treatment. But even for regular users who just want to manage their lips occasionally, I think they'll be satisfied with the immediate effects.

If you apply too much, the amount will increase, making your lips very shiny and even getting into your mouth, so it's best to apply just a tiny bit. :)

It would be better if it had a built-in spatula, but I'm using it without much inconvenience with a cotton swab. :) Please use a cotton swab instead of your hands. :)

In the case of Aritaum's Ginger Sugar Lip Mask, blisters appeared after use, making it unusable, but this product did not particularly cause any blisters and felt moisturizing, which was good. :)

Since it's in a pot form, it can be a bit inconvenient to have it get on your hands, but I think that's an unavoidable aspect of the formula.

Ever since I bought this, I've been applying it before bed. It has a completely different feel from Vaseline - it adheres much better to the lips and is also great for managing dead skin.

To be honest, I didn't really have any complaints about using this product.

I apply this lip balm generously over my entire lips and the surrounding area before bed. It works great as a base before applying lip tint - the tint color looks beautiful, and the lip balm prevents the dryness that I used to experience with just the tint alone. You can also lightly dab a tissue over the balm before applying the tint to avoid any stickiness. Purchasing Apieu products during their sales, especially with coupons, can make them even more affordable online.

It's a shame that the Apieu offline store in my area has closed, so I couldn't test the product myself and had to rely solely on reviews to make the purchase.
