The disappointing aspect, if I had to pick one, would be the smell? The smell was a bit unpleasant.

The moisturizing effect is really great. It has good staying power and is also good for men to use as it is colorless.

It feels moisturizing when first applied, but it actually makes the lips feel more dry and flaky. The most important issue is that it stings the lips after application.

There seems to be someone in the reviews who had a similar experience as me. When I applied this, my lips became dry and irritated with bumps appearing a few days later. I usually apply this lip balm and then put on lipstick, so I thought the issue was with the lipstick. But this time, I only used this for 3 days without any other lipstick, and my lips started burning and drying out again. It seems unusable now, so I threw it out today... and I didn't even get to use much of it.

Personally, I found the fragrance and application to be quite good. That's about all I can say.
