I felt like I was applying melted Vaseline on my face because I have a nighttime skin type.
Cons
The Vaseline-based formulation spreads easily, but absorption is slower. It also has a sticky feel. The artificial fragrance is quite strong. It may be good for the skin, but you should be cautious due to the artificial fragrance.
Tip

Pros
I have extremely dry skin and lack both oil and moisture, and I have severe contact dermatitis around my mouth. I am sensitive to toners and creams, and even the slightest mismatch in ingredients immediately causes breakouts. These days, it's been so dry, and on top of that, wearing a mask has made the areas it touches extremely dry and flaky. It's so itchy that it wakes me up, so I urgently bought this product with rocket delivery. ❗️It doesn't cause breakouts. Even when I apply a lot, no breakouts or trouble occurs. However, the formula itself is quite heavy. The scent is like an industrial product, so I was worried that using a lot might clog my pores and cause breakouts, but that wasn't the case at all! Instead, the small bumps from the dryness disappeared. ❗️It provides adequate moisture. As I mentioned, my face is extremely dry, but when I apply this product, it gives just the right amount of moisture without any oiliness, leaving my skin looking matte. I really dislike a greasy, shiny complexion, but this product doesn't do that at all. This is a point I'm very pleased about! ❗️It's versatile. My whole body is dry, so after showering, I usually apply body lotion and then use oil or a rich cream on the easily irritated areas. But on tiring days, that's too much of a hassle, so I just apply this product all over my face after toner and all over my body. Even then, I don't feel dry the next day! And since it's a product that's used in small amounts, the quantity lasts a long time.

❗️The scent is not great. Similar products with comparable effects and formulas all seem to have the same kind of smell... It really has a strange industrial material odor, almost like rubber. The smell is quite strong, but not to the point where I can't use it! -Aside from the scent, this product has no other downsides, and I absolutely adore it. I highly recommend this to anyone who has such extremely dry skin that flakes are visible!
Tip
For those who are considering this product and a similar one from Dr.G, I would recommend this one more. I've used the Dr.G product as well, and the formula and scent are exactly the same as this one! However, the Dr.G product has a bit of a non-absorbing, surface-level feel. So the moisturizing effect also felt slightly less effective compared to this product.

Pros
My skin type is combination, with the occasional one or two pimples on a given day. It's just slightly dry normally, but otherwise a pretty manageable skin. I initially just bought the cream and tried it, and loved it so much that I purchased the cream + balm set during an official store sale. The cream works wonderfully for me, no complaints there. As for the balm, at first I would apply it all over my face before bed, but didn't really notice much effect. So now I just use it occasionally, applying a thicker layer only on the spots where a pimple pops up, and I can actually see the pimple visibly shrinking. And after doing a face mask, applying the balm all over helps lock in the moisture from the mask, leaving a nice, dewy feeling. I don't use it daily, just do the mask and balm finishing step about once a week. I use the balm only on problem areas when I get a pimple.
Cons
The texture is kind of like an ointment... The initial feel when applying is a bit strange. And if you try to apply it like a regular cream, the distinct ointment-like scent comes through. But when just using it on targeted areas, the smell is barely noticeable, which is fine. The packaging is pretty cheap-looking, just a basic plastic container. The price is a bit high, but not to the point where it's a major burden for me as a working professional.

It glides on smoothly and adheres perfectly! If you apply it like a coating before bed, you'll wake up in the morning feeling incredibly supple, moisturized, and smooth. I felt like this was a life-changing product the moment I started using it.

This product is a perfect fit for my extremely dry skin. I've been using it as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, but my mom ended up taking it and I've used almost all of it up ㅠ It's that good! It's thick and has a balm-like scent, but I'm not very sensitive to that kind of smell so it was fine for me. Since it's a balm, I wondered if it would absorb well, but my skin feels plump and bouncy the next morning. If you suffer from extremely dry skin, you'll know the feeling of your skin feeling loose and saggy...ㅠ This product seems to firm up the skin from the inside, and I'm very satisfied with the results. I even feel like some of my wrinkles have smoothed out a bit ㅋㅋ

I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike the balm-like scent or have oily skin.

It's really full of oil! If you apply it on an airplane-like surface, it won't feel greasy at all!!

After exercising, I had a lot of sweat and didn't apply lotion, so it got really bad and turned whitish, which was irreversible. But I bought this and it cleared up in a week.. It's so great!
