I was pleased with the chestnut-like, dense texture of the cream inside the product when I first tried it. The subtle lavender color is also a shade that I really enjoy. While the product isn't as dense as chestnut cream, it has a nice balance of moisture and slight creaminess. I'm very satisfied with the finish as well. The best part is that it doesn't leave a heavy, oily residue on my hands, so I can use my phone right after application without any discomfort. It leaves a soft, smooth finish, which I'm really enjoying! Since I have extremely dry skin, I like to use this as the final step after thoroughly hydrating my skin. I can just add an extra layer if I need some extra moisture, and it should work well for me throughout the winter.

The environmentally-friendly packaging was a good start. The texture and application are great. It's a rich, creamy balm-type product. It's similar to a Vaseline-like balm, but lighter and more smoothly applied. It spreads easily with the warmth of the hands and applies well. The Relief Balm has a slightly thick texture, but it provides excellent moisturization. My hands were very dry, and other hand creams didn't work well, but this one really helped a lot. Great product!

A small amount can cover the entire face. It leaves a protective, cushiony layer on the skin. ☆ Using as a Sleeping Pack When used before bedtime, my skin feels baby-soft and smooth in the morning. When my skin feels dry and tight after hotel stays, applying this in the evening prevents that tightness in the morning.

☆ Volume / Price I was surprised by how small the product is when I received it. ☆ Packaging The twist-open and close packaging sometimes has the lid spin without closing properly. Since there's an inner lid, I just leave the outer lid open when using it at home. Being a pot type, the hygiene aspect is a bit concerning. ☆ Fragrance The formula would be great as a lip mask, but the fragrance makes it unusable on my lips.

I'm completely dry-skinned, but if you apply it at the end of your skincare routine, it definitely helps lock in moisture and keeps it from evaporating. It's like putting on a protective shield?
