The product is excellent in terms of ingredients, cleansing power, and natural fragrance, and I am completely satisfied with it. Although it is mildly acidic and lacks the squeaky-clean feeling, after washing, my complexion becomes brighter and I feel refreshed and radiant, with a glowing appearance. I mainly used it for morning cleansing, and after washing, my skin does not feel tight, and the moisturized feeling lasts long, and my skin texture has improved. I'm very satisfied!!! Among the mildly acidic cleansers I've used so far, this is the best one. ㅎㅎ You'll understand why it's called a 'sauna cleanser' once you try it. It's a product that I'm extremely satisfied with.

There's nothing really. Aside from the pump being a bit stiff, there don't seem to be any issues or downsides. For heavy makeup, this alone was a bit weak, so I used cleansing water and double cleansed.
