It was fine to just swipe it on outside as it's a tinted lip balm.
Cons

Pros
I always buy it inexpensively when there are events. I buy a few and keep them in my outerwear here and there to use them. The color is a little vibrant, so it makes my lips look lively. It's especially good when I don't want to wear lipstick in the winter.
Cons
It's still quite drying... I only feel it's a little less drying. But I'm surprised there are so many harmful ingredients in it ㅠ Ugh... It transfers a lot onto the cup... The color pigment is quite intense, though.

It has a slight color and is moisturizing like a lip balm. It has some shimmer, so it's not dull, and my lips look radiant.
Cons
The scent and taste are really terrible, and it transfers way too much. Since it's a tinted lip balm, it's really troublesome if it gets on anything - it's very hard to remove.
