That's why I decided to give this a try. However, I quickly learned that just because it's from the same Calendula line doesn't mean everything in it will suit me.
ConsWhile it does feel moisturizing when applied, it doesn't seem to absorb well into my skin. It leaves a shiny, greasy finish that actually makes my skin look worse. Surprisingly, my eyes started stinging right after application. Is it just me, or has anyone else experienced this? I was shocked because it's not even a cleanser, and I've never had a toner irritate my eyes before. It also felt like it was forming a film on my skin, and I noticed it pilling up like dead skin cells. To make matters worse, I suddenly broke out with a ton of blemishes in a short time. I had to wash it off immediately and apply my usual skincare routine to calm things down. My poor wallet... I'm so disappointed.
TipJust because the Calendula Cleansing Oil works wonders for you doesn't mean the entire Calendula line will be a perfect match. Don't make the same mistake I did!
