The rich cream formula provides excellent hydration and long-lasting moisture! Due to its thick consistency, it doesn't absorb easily. Instead of sinking in for a moisturized feel, it sits on the skin like petroleum jelly, leaving a heavy and sticky sensation. It has Neutrogena's signature mild scent. For a more pleasant fragrance that lasts as long as the cream's effects, try mixing it with a small amount of your favorite scented hand cream. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2020
The hydration lasts for a long time. Although the initial application wasn't great, now that I'm almost finished with the bottle, I'm planning to repurchase. I wish it came in a larger size! It's a bit stiff when applying, which is disappointing, but that might be why it lasts so long. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2020
The fragrance is lovely! It's also great for hydration and lasts a long time. It's extremely thick! I can't say it absorbs well, unfortunately. You really have to work hard to spread it for good absorption! It's almost like you need to warm it up in your hands to melt it before applying. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 4, 2020
It absorbs well and has great staying power! The scent isn't overpowering, so it didn't bother me much. Maybe because I have oily skin, applying too much caused blemishes on my hands. I think this happens with all hand creams for me, not just this one. If you have oily skin, remember to use just the right amount! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2019
A must-have item I've trusted for its amazing hydration power for a long time. I think it might be the best hand cream out there. The lasting power is incredible! It's not exactly cheap, and there's a slight scent to it. I understand the higher price due to its excellent hydrating properties, but the quantity is quite small. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2019
Great for combating dryness from winter outdoor activities like skiing. Excellent moisturizing power and long-lasting effect (as long as you don't wash your hands) The absorption isn't particularly impressive. It feels like it's coating your hands rather than sinking in, and you can feel it washing off every time you use water Seems more effective when applied before bed rather than during daytime activities - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 28, 2019
I have extremely dry skin that cracks and bleeds in winter if I don't use hand cream. This one made my hands incredibly soft! Unlike other hand creams with temporary effects, Neutrogena's has excellent staying power. It feels a bit sticky at first, but that goes away after a minute or two of drying. I preferred the old white version. Is it no longer available? - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 27, 2018
<Pros> 1) Longevity After application, the fragrance and the protective layer feeling last quite a while. I didn't feel the need to apply anything else on my hands until the next hand wash. <Cons> 1) The scent changes quickly after opening. Despite being well within the expiration date, it developed a strange odor... like an old closet smell? Or the scent of an aged house? Unfortunately, this led me to discard it before finishing. To be fair, the original scent wasn't particularly amazing or sweet to begin with. 2) When applied with cold hands, it doesn't melt with body heat, resulting in a slippery feeling. This product creates a protective layer, but it leaves a residue similar to touching a candle. # Skin type: Slightly oily T-zone, mildly dry U-zone, very dry body, no blemishes, visible pores on nose, deep dryness # Preferences: Dislike stickiness, use shade 22 despite being shade 23, prefer matte finish for both skin and lips, prioritize longevity over coverage # I have extremely cold hands. Even in summer, they're so cold that I can't tuck them under my armpits. My friends often comment on how cool my body feels and like to stick close to me. If your hands are as cold as mine, you might experience the slippery feeling. However, my friends with normal hand temperatures use it without issues and love its longevity! If you have very warm hands or tend to sweat a lot, I recommend trying a tester before purchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 25, 2018
It feels like it's almost coating your hands. The staying power is truly outstanding. After the coating, it barely absorbs... Once you apply this hand cream, you can't touch your phone for a while. It's slippery and leaves marks all over the screen. If you apply it right after washing your hands, it seems to pill and turn white at first, but then it appears to absorb more quickly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 24, 2018
After it's fully absorbed, I loved how the moisturizing effect lasts for a long time. It takes quite a while to be completely absorbed, and until then, it feels a bit sticky and leaves a noticeable white cast. The hand cream says it can be used on areas other than hands, so I tried it on my lips and the effect is amazing. My lips crack all year round, and I've tried every lip balm out there, but nothing compares to this. I tend to pick at dry skin on my lips, which prevents them from healing, and they're usually severely chapped. Most lip balms don't help much, but this hand cream actually heals my lips. I highly recommend it for anyone with super sensitive skin or deep dryness issues.
