It's gentle and moisturizing. I have sensitive skin and don't often change my skincare products, but I've been using this without any blemishes. I haven't found any downsides yet. The only issue might be that it's not easily available in Jeju Island where I live? - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2022
As someone with dry skin, this product is a perfect match for me! I'm using it diligently. The fragrance is lovely too. At first, I thought it was an emulsion based on the name, but it's actually in toner form. - zl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 8, 2021
Well, the texture was a bit uncomfortable, so I used it with a foam maker. I liked that it looked gentle due to its transparent appearance. I bought this because it was supposed to be good for blemishes, but it completely broke me out. I thought, 'How could changing just one toner cause this?' But I've heard that toners can have the biggest impact on skin reactions. I didn't know that and kept changing my emulsions, creams, and serums instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2021
The salon recommended this and I'm so glad I bought it! It's incredibly gentle and completely eliminates deep dryness. It absorbs well even when you just pat it on your face. You can also use it as an exfoliating toner! It perfectly balances your skin barrier. It has a very watery consistency. The packaging is quite inconvenient to use. It's a completely liquid formula but comes in a pump bottle, so I always end up spilling it on the floor. It would be better if it was a spray or a type you could pour into your hands. Despite this packaging issue, the toner itself is so good that it's still worth using. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2021
After cleansing, my skin feels incredibly hydrated when I apply this! The fragrance is absolutely delightful too. Personally, I found it inconvenient that it's so watery it drips when pumped into my hand. It might be a good idea to finish with a cream or essence for best results. - le*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2021
The fragrance is absolutely delightful, and there's no stinging sensation when applying the toner. Plus, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. Instead, it seems to make my skin texture smoother. I know there are a few ingredients to be cautious about according to Hwahae, so I'll need to look into what those are. Despite that, I really like this product. I find it works better when applied with hands rather than using cotton pads. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2021
The scent is lovely, and it's so hydrating that after applying it a few times, you don't even need other emulsions or essences to keep your skin moisturized! There's not really anything to complain about... Maybe just that it's a bit hard to find in stores? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2020
The ocean scent really hit the spot for me. With its water-like texture and lasting hydration, it feels perfect for spring and summer use! I'm definitely considering repurchasing. While the ingredients weren't entirely satisfactory, I'm pleased with its moisturizing effects! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2019
When applied, it makes my face feel incredibly soft and full of hydration. It's really nice! I noticed that when I rub it between my hands before applying, it creates a bit of foam. I recommend using it by putting some on a cotton pad. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2019
It has a slightly oily feel, but it doesn't sit separately on the surface. Instead, it absorbs gently - almost like it's evaporating? Not bad at all. I'm not sure about its skin-soothing or hydration effects, but the concentrate definitely makes its presence known even with short-term use. It feels like it could get even better with continued use. They say you need to use it for a month or three to really tell, but the concentrate seems pretty decent. The emulsion reminds me a bit of Dr. Jart's Cicapair cream. While they have many products in their line, most don't seem to have a significant impact. Apart from a few standout items, I'm not really noticing much in terms of soothing, hydration, or skin regeneration.
