It has a watery consistency that sloshes around, but when you pump it out, you can feel a slight tackiness. When applied, it makes your skin feel plump and hydrated. I have combination dehydrated skin, but I use this on particularly dry days, when doing a neck mask, or mixed with a modeling mask. It's especially great for modeling masks because of its generous volume - you can use it liberally. I highly recommend it as an ampoule to mix with modeling masks. There's nothing particularly negative to say. It's gentle, easy to use generously, and comes in a large quantity, which is great.
