When my skin condition is not great, I use this tone-up cream when I go without foundation, and it really works well to create a natural-looking skin tone!
Cons
It was disappointing that when I applied it thickly, it caked, and when I applied it on dry skin, it tended to flake.

The moment I apply it, it brightens up and tones up my skin, and even after some time, the toning up effect remains natural and nice~ This is my first purchase, but I want to repurchase it after finishing the whole thing haha I've tried many tone-up creams, and the Dewy Celltone On Cream is my favorite.

The skin expression looks beautiful. It seems to have brightened by one tone and looks radiant. The blemishes and pores are quite manageable, and given my age, people say my skin looks good, so the brightened and radiant skin looked great.
Cons
It flips over every time I use it. After using it and washing my face, it starts to get itchy, and my skin seems to flip over, almost like an allergic reaction. When that happens, it lasts for days. At first, I didn't know it was because of this, and I don't use it often, but every time I do, it flips over. I took it out and used it again after a long time, and it still did the same thing, so I threw it in the trash today. I'm so angry that they're selling this kind of trash product.

It naturally brightened my skin tone and made it feel moisturized! When I wore it lightly over sunscreen before going to school, my face looked much more radiant.
Cons
It didn't cover my blemishes at all. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for your face to look significantly brighter. When I tested it on my wrist, it was barely noticeable.
