  I have severely damaged hair, thin and sparse hair, and a dry, sensitive scalp. When I use this shampoo, each strand of my hair gains strength and volume, making my hair look fuller. And since my hair is so damaged, using just this shampoo and conditioner makes my hair look a bit fluffy, but when I touch it, it's incredibly soft and smooth. If I apply some argan oil or essence in the middle of drying my hair, it becomes almost perfect. Some shampoos still make my hair fluffy even after using an essence, but this one doesn't. The lather is good, it cleanses my scalp well, and there are no issues with irritation. And when it's on sale, it's a great value.
