I needed a new eyeliner and stumbled upon this product while browsing Tony Moly! Originally, I planned to repurchase my usual gel eyeliner, but this caught my eye as I explored the store. Reading the description, I learned it's manufactured by the eyeliner experts Schwan-Stabilo in Germany, which gave me confidence to try it out. After using it for about a month, I can say the application is incredible! It glides on smoothly, making it perfect for filling in the outer corners and triangular zones without irritation. The pigmentation is excellent, and being waterproof, it has impressive staying power. I chose the Antique Brown shade - a deep brown with a subtle shimmer. As a pearl liner, it's enough to wear alone without eyeshadow, preventing the eyes from looking bare. (Though I did use eyeshadow in the attached photo)
ConsIt's a pencil that needs sharpening rather than twisting up, which can be a bit inconvenient. There's no built-in sharpener, so you'll need to purchase one separately. The pencil itself is quite thick, so if you're not careful, it can make your eye corners look blunt. I usually touch up with a cotton swab for precision. It might not be suitable for those who prefer ultra-thin liners. Lastly, it doesn't apply well on oily eyelids! I'd recommend setting your lids with powder first or opting for a gel formula instead.
