  It has a slightly dry feel, but the scent is pleasant and it seems to reduce blemishes

  For combination dehydrated skin, this alone can be drying. You might need to layer it with a multi-emulsion or apply an emulsion on top

  Pros

  I've been using this for about 3 months now, and it applies thinly and moistly. It's great for calming my skin too. Since I started using it, my blemishes have significantly reduced.

  Cons

  I was disappointed that it didn't moisturize well. It was too drying to use on its own after washing, so I had to use it together with another cream.

  It's gentle and great for acne-prone skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling particularly dry either.

  Pros

  It absorbs well and doesn't feel sticky. I love that it comes in a pump bottle, which makes it really clean and easy to use.

  Cons

  It feels like it dries out quickly? I never used to care much about skincare or layer on different products, but as I'm getting older, I can see my skin deteriorating. Everyone talks about hydration, so it must be super important, but this product doesn't seem to provide much moisturizing effect.

  Tip

  This might work well if you use it together with an oil-free hydrating cream.

  Pros

  I used this in the height of summer to combat oiliness. It definitely gives a matte feeling, so it's perfect for summer use. Also, when applied to emerging blemishes, it has a somewhat calming effect!

  Cons

  However... after using it, the area around my philtrum and lips feels tight or dry. It seems to irritate these sensitive areas. So I ended up just using toner and serum for my skincare routine. (That's why I opened it last summer and I'm still using it... it's been almost a year since I opened it.)

  Tip

  So now I only use it on areas that need tightening, like pores or the nose. Though I'm not sure if it's really effective...

  The cooling sensation when applied and the way it quickly absorbs into the skin feels wonderful. As someone with sensitive skin, I'm able to use this without any blemishes.

  Cons

  While it's moisturizing, I do feel a slight tightness on my face. That's why I always follow up with a cream after using it.
