It's too light and watery. It doesn't absorb well on the face, so you have to pat it in diligently, and if you don't, it doesn't seep in and just runs down.

It's light and good to use instead of a mist. The scent is also nice.
My face had inflammation, acne, and blemishes, but using it frequently like a mist has really improved a lot.

I purchased it from Sikor. It's a transparent and clear liquid type, and my skin feels softer and clearer. The ingredients are also good.

For those who find it drying, I use the Permew toner after this one, and then apply the essence toner and essence skin again. This resolves the inner dryness and completely refines my skin texture.

The price range and packaging shown on Hwahae are different from what I purchased. I remember buying it for around 40,000 won recently (in April 2020).
However, there are no major disappointments.

I purchased the toner recommended by the Hwahae Trial Reviewer after cleansing, and it has been wonderful. Although I was concerned about it being a vegan cosmetic, after testing it and using it at home, I found it to be incredibly gentle and great. The effect of smoothing out my skin texture is exceptional.

As a water-based toner, it lacks moisturizing power and does not provide any brightening or other effects. Yet, it is quite expensive.
For those who have not tried it, the usage experience is similar to the commonly available Thayers Witch Hazel Toner.

For those who want moisturizing, this would be a letdown. And it's too expensive, ugh.

It's really nothing special, but it's good. There's no feeling of having applied something like moisturizing, but you can feel that your skin texture is more organized. When you wipe it off with a cotton pad, your skin feels a bit smoother and more refined.

A great tip is to add a drop of the camellia oil to the cotton pad with the camellia water - it makes your face feel so moisturized and glowy, like you just did a hydrating face mask.

If I had to nitpick, it would be the price ㅠ.ㅠ I briefly strayed and looked at a toner that was 14,000 won cheaper for the same volume, but I ended up coming back to this one.

The scent is lovely and it's incredibly gentle! It's great for cleansing and gentle clarifying after washing your face! Isn't that the case with most water toners? But the camellia water is truly amazing for soothing~ When my skin felt so irritated from wearing a mask all day, I soaked a cotton pad with the soothing camellia water and applied it to my face, and it really calmed everything down~ It beats most soothing masks hands down!

It would also be good to use as a wipe-off toner.

for those who dislike oils, it may be disappointing.

If you leave the toner on for about 10 minutes as a toner pack, it also helps with exfoliating and allows the next step in your routine to absorb better.

The only downside is that I wish it was just a little bit more affordable, so I could use it more liberally.

I purchased the Inseung Toner from Coex Sirocco. It is incredibly moisturizing and makes my complexion glow. I am completely satisfied with it. Since my skin is sensitive, I usually can't use toners without breaking out, but this one calms my skin and brightens my complexion. I bought it because the ingredients seemed good, and it has been a success.

I liked using it as a soothing pack - I would dispense some into my palm, add 1-2 drops of tea tree essence, then soak a cotton pad and use it as a pack. It mixed well since it is so lightweight.

It is quite drying for dry skin. Even after applying 7 layers, I didn't feel a lasting sense of moisture. I only used it to help smooth my skin texture.

I used 2 bottles because the scent was so lovely. It has a subtle, healing fragrance.
Since it is a water-based toner, it is great for applying with a cotton pad as a toner or for using as a cotton pack.
If you are looking for a gentle, non-irritating water-based toner, I would recommend this one!

There doesn't seem to be anything to complain about, as the ingredients are good. If I had to pick one, it would be the price..? But it's still usable.
However, the viscosity is really non-existent, so just be careful when adjusting the amount.

Oh, it's up! I tested it at Sycorr and bought it. The spreadability is very watery. It's quite moisturizing, and it's fine even after 7 skin applications. The final rose scent was refreshing and I really liked it. Those who dislike sticky toners can use this comfortably.
I like the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner, but some people around me don't use it because it's sticky(?).
