Despite my initial hesitation due to the PEG content, I ended up buying this affordable skincare product. The toner is actually quite usable. The refreshing lemon scent makes me feel like my skin texture is well-balanced. It's extremely lightweight - seems like all toners these days are trending towards this watery consistency. But what I really appreciated was the surprisingly sturdy bottle cap. I carry it in my bag, and it hasn't leaked once, which is a big plus! As for its whitening and anti-wrinkle claims... honestly, I can't really tell the difference. I picked this up during a sale at Olive Young. The scent is pleasant and it's not bad overall. I use it with a cotton pad after cleansing, and occasionally spritz it on once or twice more. There's nothing particularly special about it. It doesn't really feel like it's absorbing into the skin. As someone with combination skin, I'm thrilled that this product doesn't make my face greasy or cause pilling. It absorbs well, which I absolutely love. It's a perfect match for my skin! There's nothing to complain about. The scent is pleasant, it absorbs beautifully, and applies smoothly. Overall, it's a very satisfying product. I'm using this on a cotton pad to wipe my face after cleansing. Compared to other toners I've tried, the moisturizing effect lasts longer after wiping. There's no irritation either. My mom tried it and said it was great, so I've repurchased it and I'm now on my fourth bottle. My sister has sensitive skin, and when she tried the '7-skin method' with this product, she said something broke out. However, I haven't had any issues with my skin. The quantity is generous and it's good. I think it's even better because it has a high witch hazel content rather than just water. It's great for lightweight application! While I wish it had more active ingredients, I think it's pretty good as is. The lightness could be both a pro and a con. But for the price, I'd say it's just the right level of lightweight! - je**********Combination SkinNov 22, 2017
It's decent for the price, but you need to use quite a bit. Be careful though, as using too much can make your skin feel heavy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it caused me to break out. In this hot weather, I've been loving to use this as a spot treatment on my pore-troubled areas after cleansing by soaking a cotton pad. The lightweight, refreshing liquid formula is not burdensome, and I'm quite pleased with the ingredients. While it's fine for balancing the skin after cleansing, it might be a bit drying if used during winter. This product worked well for my dry skin without causing any tightness. Even though I'm sensitive to fragrances, the lemon scent wasn't overpowering, making it a pleasant and easy-to-use product for me. While this could be a great product for those with dry or very dry skin, it might be too rich for people with oily skin types. I tried the '7-skin method' with this toner, hoping its watery texture would be suitable. However, even on my dry skin, it left an excessively oily finish. Now, even with just one light application, it still leaves my skin quite greasy. I wouldn't recommend this to those with oily skin.

When you use it, it feels similar to a typical toner without any major drawbacks or standout benefits. The fragrance of the product is a bit disappointing... I wish it had a more sophisticated scent. I'd recommend applying this product with a cotton pad, then following up with a cream or emulsion for best results.

I'd apply it with a cotton pad to wipe my face, then pat some onto my skin with my hands. It was just okay. Nothing particularly great or bad about this product. For best results, use it in two steps: first, apply with a cotton pad to cleanse, then pat some directly onto your face with your hands. This method works wonders!
