When using the cleansing oil, there was a slight breakout in the initial adjustment period, but it didn't happen this time.
The Lotte employee recommended it, and although I was a bit hesitant at first, I ended up liking it later on.

It seems to be of a moderately thin consistency.
And the container is a bit small, so I had to pump it a few times to use it.
The more you roll it, the better it removes dead skin and whiteheads!

It's reasonably good. In fact, oils generally have decent cleansing power, unless it's heavy makeup, so I don't worry too much about it.
By the way, I use a separate eye makeup remover.

The price, you know.. When I asked the store to recommend something, they just suggested the expensive ones.

I purchased this product because I was concerned about blackheads, and I feel the most satisfied when the sebum melts and comes out through my fingertips.

My routine is: 1) Eye makeup remover, 2) This cleansing oil, 3) Foaming cleanser.
I've never had any issues with breakouts since incorporating this cleansing oil into my routine.

The only downside is that the bottle size is a bit small. A product this good should come in a larger size.
When I first opened the bottle and started pumping, I had to press down really hard to get the oil to come out.
The cap also seems a bit fragile and prone to cracking on the clear plastic part.

I've been using this product for a while, but I'm not sure exactly how many bottles I've gone through. I think it's been over 5 bottles.
When I first went to Lohbs, the sales associate recommended this product for my sensitive, dry skin. Looks like I got pretty heavily marketed to at that Lohbs store, haha.
Anyway, this product is a holy grail for me. I use it to remove my makeup, and it gently yet effectively cleanses my skin without causing any breakouts.
It's a very smooth and nourishing oil that doesn't leave a greasy residue. It has a nice, cushiony texture that glides on nicely, even though it does take a few pumps to get the right amount out.

Since I have atopic dermatitis, I can't use products that are not gentle. But this product doesn't cause any trouble, perhaps because of the natural ingredients it contains.

They say you can use it with wet hands, but I wash my hands thoroughly and wipe off the moisture with a towel before pumping and using it. Otherwise, the cleansing power seems a bit weaker.

The pumping is a bit strong? It seems like a hit-or-miss.
I've used several bottles, and some had a bit too strong of a flow, where it would just pour out.
For those, I transferred it to another container and used it. That's why I took off one star.


I used to use the Senka oil originally.
On that day, I also went to the store to buy that product.
The staff asked me in detail about my skin type and recommended this product since I have dry skin. Since then, I've completely switched to this.
My skin is dry and sensitive, but there's no irritation and it seems gentle.
The cleansing power is also good, and I liked that there's no tightness after washing.

Since I have sensitive skin, I decided to try a different oil based on the recommendation of the Lohbs staff member. I've been using it for almost two bottles now, and I find that it removes makeup well and seems to be working great for me! I'm planning to buy my third bottle soon. :)

The cleansing power of Shiseido does seem to work better, but it still removes makeup without any issues.

The fact that one of the main ingredients is a banned substance that's considered extremely harmful is just shocking. I feel so betrayed after the Lohbs employee blatantly misled me. Now I'm not sure I can trust anything the staff in the black uniforms says. I've already used up about half the product, which makes this whole situation even more frustrating.

This product was an impulse purchase after the Lohbs staff aggressively promoted it as being made with all-natural ingredients and extremely good. While I didn't experience any major skin issues from using it as they claimed, it turns out the third most prevalent ingredient is a highly problematic and banned substance. I feel completely duped after coming here to write a review. From now on, I'll be sure to thoroughly check the ingredients before buying anything, no matter what the store staff says.

❌ I suffered from seborrheic dermatitis for a long time, and just as I barely recovered, I started using this cleansing water and my skin went haywire, so I had to stop using it.
I also purchased and used the oil, and while it was not as irritating as the water, I still started getting small pimples and blemishes one by one after using this product.

⭕️ The cleansing itself is not bad. You can remove the entire face using this product alone without a separate eye makeup remover, so I think it is faithful to its function.
