It's great as a substitute when you forget your regular lip balm.
ConsIt might be too moisturizing, as it broke immediately when I tried to swatch it on my wrist. While it's meant to be a lip balm alternative, the hydration doesn't last long. Moreover, it doesn't provide good color payoff or staining effect.

Color: I shouldn't compare, but if I had to, I'd say the color is a bit more alluring red than the Isoi Bulgarian lip balm tint. (Of course, color preference varies from person to person, but this one felt a bit more intense to me.)
ConsThe staying power is lacking. It feels like it sits on top of the lips rather than absorbing... While it's great for parched lips, the poor longevity means you have to keep reapplying... If you think of it as a tinted lip care product, there are no real drawbacks!
TipIt has a similar feel to the Isoi product, but you can think of this one as easier to remove. A budget-friendly version of Isoi, perhaps? The Isoi one is 19,000 won, while this product is 12,000 won. I've seen it on online sales before... I can't remember the exact price, but it was cheaper than 12,000 won.
