I apply it to prevent ingrown hairs after shaving. Since alcohol is the main ingredient, it can feel a bit hot on sensitive areas. It contains acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin extract), which is slightly different from BHA (salicylic acid), but performs similarly for exfoliation and reducing inflammation. They say it's been renewed, and the scent is okay - just like regular rubbing alcohol. The same company has a roll-on version, but I'd recommend sticking with this toner. Apply it with a cotton pad for better exfoliation - the roll-on is convenient but doesn't remove dead skin cells as effectively.
ConsInitially, it might cause small blemishes if you have inflammation. I experienced this, which was surprising for such a sensitive area. Apparently, if it persists with continued use, it's considered a side effect. I didn't have this issue with other AHA/BHA products. It does help somewhat with preventing ingrown hairs, but not remarkably so. Considering the price, it's just average. You need to apply it consistently. For me, with my thick skin, it's a bit tingly but still a decent product overall.
TipYou can find a set of two on Wemakeprice for around 20,000 won.
