Pros
This is the most gentle product, and even without lotion, it keeps the skin moisturized and maintains the skin condition. It is the queen of basic cosmetics. I've been using this for 5 years. When using the large size, it lasts me about half a year, and I've used around 10 bottles so far.
Cons
It's a bit expensive since it's a department store brand... I heard the brand is really cheap in the local market, though.

This is the gentlest and best toner I've ever used!! I've been using it for 4 years :)

The price is a bit :( but for the large size, it lasts quite a long time

It was nice because it was mild, fragrant, and good. I used it for a long time, but there was nothing strange on my skin. The elasticity improved and it got even better. I was satisfied even though I had atopic dermatitis and acne.
Cons
