Pros
This is really great! Thanks to this, my acne has improved significantly. It's very refreshing and the spray power is excellent. I used this when my skin was really irritated, and it was just amazing.
Cons
The price-to-quantity ratio is a bit disappointing, especially since I live abroad, which made it even more expensive. If it wasn't so pricey, I would have continued purchasing it.

I've been using this since I was a student, and it helps calm down inflammatory acne in one go. I've become completely devoted to it. It definitely has a soothing effect on the skin.

Pros
I started getting acne since I was in high school year 1, and I used it from high school year 2 onwards. The acne gradually decreased, and I haven't had any since I turned 21 :)
Cons
There's not really anything bad, but if I had to pick one, it would be that it's a bit pricey? It's a root essence, so it gets used up quickly, and compared to that, it's expensive.
Tip
It's good to use a cleansing toner to refine your skin texture, and then immediately apply the Chii-ik spray. You can also mist it on throughout the day for a great calming effect!

I went to the pharmacy some time ago and bought something they said was good for acne. When I tried it, it seemed to work pretty well, and my blemishes improved a lot.

The mist-like spray form was also good in the form of a fog. I bought it on the recommendation that it's good for trouble, and the effect started to appear within a month or two and has subsided a lot.
Cons
Since it was released for trouble management, the moisture content was not particularly good.

Pros
I've been using this product for years now, and it really doesn't cause any trouble compared to other products. Whenever I try to switch to something else, my skin issues come right back, and I end up having to throw it away without even using it much. But this one, I've been using it consistently and it's been great. I just use a moisturizer with it, and it seems to really help calm my inflammatory acne.
Cons
I wish they would expand their offline store locations. It's a bit inconvenient to purchase.
Tip
I also use it by spraying it onto cotton pads and using it like a toner, or by soaking the cotton pads and using it as a mask. I use it along with my foam cleanser.
